Work was horrible. The owner worked me, I felt duped. Carpet was very wet, and could not see what sort of dirt these guys left behind. They did zero spot cleaning. Owner got me to select his company to clean my carpet, saying over the phone that he was running a $115.00 special. Sure, sounds good, but I got a bait and switch. These guys set up their equipment, started cleaning, then after work in process, the owner says "its going to cost more." Unbelievable! All the dirt resurfaced, after wet carpets dried. Carpets were stiff, sticky. There was no protection around the corners of my drywall, and the hoses rubbed all around. They literally blew thru a cleaning of 3 small rooms, were there for around 10 minutes. Just thoughtless work. Then, the owner asks me for $268.00! More than double what he originally quoted me. Then, he tells me that I needed to sign this form for him. I signed it, which said that I was satisfied with the cleaning, but I was not, felt pressured to sign the form, because he was so incredibly pushy towards me. I just wanted these guys out of my house!

Awesome service! I called TLC carpet cleaners to clean my carpets because my older kitty urinated in a couple of spots. Tom and the crew were super friendly, prompt, eager to help with our problem, and reasonably priced. The chemicals they used destroyed the urine smell, and TLC even offered to come back at no service cost, just the cost of the product, to retreat the spots if there was any lingering odor after the carpets dried. I am happy to report that they did not have to come back because the first cleaning worked beautifully. I wont hesitate to call TLC for future service or to recommend them to others!!

Finally!! A company that can be trusted to take care of this area of my home. When Tom and his team were in my home it was easy to see that they could be trusted to do a good job, which they did, have, and continue to do. On the first visit he walked us through the entire procedure and helpful products, it was nice to have that transparency, it further affirmed my trust. TLC has a proven track record as a solid member of the Greeley Community for several years. Thank you! We just had our carpets cleaned - the owner went through everything that was expected during the cleaning - gave me options and told me the total before they started. Work was quick (about 45 minutes) and any problem areas - spots and such - were pointed out and taken care of to the best of their ability - using a spray cleaner, etc. They guaranteed their work so if any problems arise - spots show up, dirt resurfaces - they said they would come back and take care of it within a few days. Tom and his team are amazing! Before we moved into our home the carpets were cleaned. Not by TLC. We had spots I would scrub at and had no luck removing. Finally, I threw in the towel. I called TLC Carpet and had them come take care of business. They did an awesome job. We could not be more pleased. They also cleaned our air ducts. This is not something people normally do, but my boys have severe allergies and asthma. Now we all will be able to rest easier breathing in the clean air. Thank You Tom and the TLC crew!!!

The crew from TLC was here this morning giving our house an amazing renewal! Our carpets take a beating with teenage boys and three pets. This time they were particularly overdue for some "tender loving care" after winter. I am amazed how well their process takes out spots left by my cat, dogs, and teenager spills! Couldnt ask for any better service! Tom and Danny were both polite,honest, punctual, hard working and paid close attention to detail. We had our kitchen, laundry room and breakfast room tile and grout cleaned in addition to the cleaning of carpet and throw rugs. TLC made a wonderful improvement in the rugs, carpet and what a great improvement in the grout and floor tile., You wont be disappointed in TLC! They go the extra mile to provide great service!

TLC, Tom and Danny are absolutely the best!! Tom was able to remove my high traffic "river" that ran from my front door to my kitchen around both sides of my couch. It looks absolutely amazing now!
