Very unprofessional, hung up the phone on me on purpose because they didnt have any answer to my question. Poor customer service.Andrea called me and said she ll come to my place at 10:30 but came an hour early and I was not ready for her. What if I was not even at home? For a small apartment kitchen and just the 2 bathrooms she said it ll take 12 hours. I mean are you kidding me?its not even the whole apratment.Very disappointing.

Travis and his crew are true professionals. Maug cleaning is reliable, and they do top notch work. There moto of "we dont cut corners we clean them" is spot on. I would refer them to anybody, commercial or residential.
