Hired them for move in cleaning of a vacant home, 2 girls came and did mediocre job, called the office and supervisor came after some time same day to "fix" what the previous crew missed or didt care to clean, especially kitchen and 2 full bathrooms , he did better and left , my pregnant wife walk trough it and looked ok, but when I came that same evening to move in some stuff I inspected it closely , the so called supervisor missed or deliberately didt clean so many spots especially in the bathrooms and top of cabinets , oily residue left, gunk , nasty stains left , when called just fave me excuses , and he wants to come back for the 3rd time to fix it on monday when movers are coming , its ok , mediocre service low standards , trust me , a typical guy can do better job than so called " Professionals " from Maid Affordable, Im warning you , you will waist your money , be frustrated and angry , do your research and go with better company

I was shocked to see some of the reviews by this company as I have used them for the last 8 months with no issues. I called and spoke to the owner and one of the managers recently and asked them if they had seen the recent ratings and reviews and they both stated that they were aware and said that they felt a prior employee was upset and may have posted the negative feedback. While no one can be sure that is where these reviews stem from I can speak from my personal experience with them and I have had no issues at all. My calls are answered or returned in a timely manner, the maid that comes out does a stellar job and the girls in the office are very accomodating. My final note...I have a BUSY home with 4 children and I couldnt survive without them!

Maid Affordable was recommended to me by a coworker, so I asked for an estimate for a move-out clean that needs to be done within the next two weeks. I got a confirmation email about my request that said I would be contacted within 1 business day for my estimate. Its now been a week and I havent heard anything from them. I filled out a "contact us" form on their website to follow up with the estimate request and never heard from that either. I cant take personal phone calls at work (which I indicated on the form), so email is all I have to communicate with them. I wanted to give them a try but will have to look elsewhere, since now the cleaning needs to be done by next week.

I have used Maid Affordable for a few years now and have been OVERLY impressed. They do an amazing job cleaning and will even do specific tasks that you request. I have them sanitize my babys highchair and toys - you wont get that with other companies. They are always super-friendly and I have never had a problem getting ahold of anyone. Ive had times where I even called after business hours and thought I was going to have to leave a message and they were still answering the phone! Good price, amazing cleaning, friendly service.

The person who cleaned my homes yesterday was AWESOME. She did such a great job, and in a little while Ill be scheduling one of your "Deep Cleans" and will specifically request her. Ive had about six other cleans by various different cleaning people from your service, and I am always so pleased and it feels super great to come home to a CLEAN house! I love the reliability of your service and I use it exclusively, after having tried some of the other well-known services that seem to be a bit pricier.

Paid for a four hour clean up yesterday. I had a small amount of items on my list to do. They didnt complete them. I feel they take advantage of the hourly rate. Complete rip off! The website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Well I am not satisfied what so ever, so we will see if they back up their word. They didnt seem concerned with us being very unhappy with the services yesterday as much as they were worried about getting paid. "Affordable" is so misleading with the work they do and their prices

My fiance and I have used this company for years. We have been burned a lot in the past and we were very happy to finally find a company we can trust. I trust this company with my home and we are rarely home when they come to clean. When we looked at the price we pay and the piece of mind we have with this company we will never leave them.
