I gave this company 1 star only because I am unable to give a zero rating. I am not one to posts reviews but felt the need in order to help this incident from happening to anyone else. I have had a highly negative and emotionally draining experience with this company. This is the first time we have hired a maid company to clean the house, and seeing as it is a family owned company was one of the reasons I choose to use them. After the cleaning it was found that 2 incredibly expensive rings of sentimental value were missing. This company swore up and down that something like this has never happened before and that all of their maids go through extensive background checks. It took a lot of push and persistence due to the value of the rings for the company to take the complaint seriously. The police came involved and the owner was able to recover the items back from the maid who stole them. It was also discovered that maid did in fact have a criminal record. I am grateful the owner was able to recover the rings, but I just want to make sure that this company takes precautions in the future so hopefully something like this does not happen again. I hope the company takes this incident seriously as they are ultimately the ones to be held accountable for the employees they hire, and the actions taken by those employees. When you hire a maid service you are relying on the company to provide employees that will be trustworthy while going into clients personal spaces. I understand that is not always going to be the case, but the company should go above and beyond looking into who they hire due to the nature of what this line of work entails. This incident probably happens all the time and the complaints go unheard or ignored. Due to this, my trust with this company has been hindered and will never feel comfortable using their service again. I just hope this helps anyone hiring a maid service to be more aware and take precautions.

Before I moved into my new home I called The White Glove Maid Service for the "move-in" cleaning, which included their "deep clean", meaning they do a thorough clean of the whole house. The cost was a bit high but since the house has been sitting empty for the past 6 months I figured its worth it to get rid of all the dust and cobwebs. Before the previous owner moved out they cleaned the home so this time around it just needed a good dusting session. Two ladies from the The White Glove Maid Service showed up on time and got to work right away. I explained to them I need them to open all of the cabinets and dust on the inside, also to make sure to dust off all of the blinds and shelves. I wasnt able to stick around, so I tipped the ladies in advance and left. When I came back I was truly disappointed. The only cleaning theyve done was quick surface dusting and vacuuming. Not one cabinet was opened, there were cobwebs everywhere and the shelves were still full of dust. I called to complain and they offered to send the cleaning crew back, but I refused. Why didnt they do the job right the first time? I dont have time to babysit them while they clean. They offered to give me a $20 discount of $285, which they didnt do. I ended up dusting the home, I still got charged full price, but I do get to leave this bad review for the company. I would NOT recommend The White Glove Maid Service to anyone.

I called to schedule cleaning and asked for a W9 and insurance (to add them as a vendor for my business) and they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and said theyd call back. I called later in the afternoon since I hadnt heard back and no one answered so I left a message to ensure they were still coming. Again no one called back, that was on a Friday. I called Monday morning as they were supposed to be here Tuesday to make sure they were coming and to let them know I still needed their W9 and insurance. A different lady answered and said I would have to talk to the owner about that but he wasnt in. I asked for his email and they said they didnt know it. All of that sounds incredibly shady for any business!!! How do you go in business without knowing how to send a W9 and insurance for your company nor your bosses email address?? I would caution anyone who is considering using this company to come into their home. Has to be a reason why they couldnt produce this as it is so common to ask for that when you start to do business with a new vendor. I know residential home owners perhaps dont ask for this but just know that should something happen, you are going to regret having a company work in your home without it!

I hired White Glove Maid service for our apartment move out cleaning in December 2015. They stated they would be sending out 2 maids for the job. One maid arrived, getting started and the second didnt arrive for another hour and half. The job was done quickly and looked ok on the surface (I.e. quick glance) but for what I paid I expected perfection. They "cleaned" the oven but left tons of white residue from the cleaner used. The counters/bathtubs throughout the apartment also were not cleaned to the "white glove" perfection they boast. On a positive note the refrigerator and freezer were wiped down nicely and the floors vacuumed well. In the end I ended up forfeiting half our security deposit for "cleaning fees" assessed by the apartment because we simply didnt have the time to redo much of the maids work.

I had an individual who cleaned my house and ran errands for me. When she was no longer able to help me, I found friends to run errands and contracted with White Glove to clean my house every other week. My house is actually cleaner than it was when I had someone coming twice a week (not necessarily cleaning every time, though). Another great advantage is that when I was depending on an individual, there was no backup if she had to take a day off. Now if my regular cleaner cant make it on a given day, I have a choice of rescheduling with her or having someone else clean my house at the scheduled time. It costs me less, too, so all in all Im very happy with the service.

The maid showed up 2 hours late. The company was very apologetic as was the maid, but still, two hours late? She did a decent job cleaning, but Im not blown away. I left shortly after she arrived and she was already gone when I got back 2.5 hours later. I feel this service was horribly over-priced given the lateness and the fact that I paid for 4 hours of cleaning and got 2. If the house had been perfect, I would have been happy with 2 hours, but she missed more than a few spots. I will try another company next time.

I have used them twice and we are pleased with the service. The first was to clean an apartment we were moving out of. Christina did a wonderful job cleaning up for our move out. The apartment complex even thought highly of the cleaning. The second time I used them was due to my wife having an emergency medical procedure and we just didnt have time to clean up the house for family. We requested Christina again and once again, she did a great job. Next time we need a deep cleaning, we will call White Glove Maid Service.
