We used Molly Maid for a period of time and decided to stop using them recently. We have many animals and we work long hours, thus the reason we were hoping to get some help with the cleaning. I came home several times after they would come to the house and felt that it was slightly better, but they wouldnt wipe down the couches (advertised that this was something they did), werent fully cleaning the bathroom walls, and the kicker was when I found something on the floor from the animals (animal people understand... a small episode of vomit you didnt find or a small accident) that we didnt find before they came and they would just CLEAN AROUND IT or POLISH IT INTO THE FLOOR. I thought this was a rare occurrence, had to be a mistake... When I found a spot and cleaned it myself it took no more than a couple of swipes with a wet paper towel... not like it was part of the floor or anything. I contacted them after it happened several times and they informed me that this is policy.... to clean around or over something lightly - I mean, wouldnt want to accidentally clean it! If paying for someone to put minimal effort into cleaning and ignore certain things is what you are looking for, Molly Maid is the service for you!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Service. Dont waste your money on them. They didnt even earn one star, but unfortunately it wouldnt let me post without giving at least a star. I hired them to clean my rental. They spent an hour and fifteen minutes. Doing what I dont know. The floors, cabinets, blinds, windows, bathrooms were not cleaned. I called and I get a $50, credit for what, paying the employees who cleaned to sit on their butts and do next to nothing. The lady on the phone even admitted they were not there long enough for the sq. footage of the home. This should have been a very easy clean everything was out of the house, they didnt even have to move furniture. Unbelievable! Pics are below. This is not all areas. Save your money and pay someone else to clean your home.

While the ladies that were sent were extremely friendly and nice, my home wasnt cleaned as it should have been for a price of $230 for only 2-1/2 hours of work! Im so disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for this service. There was still a lot of dust everywhere and my floors were not mopped well. I had to go over them myself...especially in the kitchen area, which defeats the purpose of hiring someone to do it for me. Then, I was given a card after I paid that said I could have this same service on a monthly basis for $173 - almost $60 less than I had just spent. NOPE...I dont think so!! I will never do this again, nor will I recommend Molly Maid to anyone!

I am a new customer and signed up for regular service after using the "move in" special. The ladies do a great job and we are very satisfied. We have recommended their service to others. Update: I have been using the service for several months now and continue to be very satisfied with the service. The crew are very efficient and professional. The service provided makes my home shine. It is nice to have a crew that can be trusted to do the job properly whether I am home or not. I really like the crew and will continue to use them on a regular basis.

They are honest and trustworthy and do a great job. If there are ever any issues they will gladly address them promptly. The have GL insurance and workmans comp so you dont have to worry about anyone getting hurt on your property. Give them a shot - youll be glad you did!

We had them come clean for a move out. They were only there for maybe an hour and a half on a 3 bedroom, 2 story, 1900+ square foot house. We moved 8 hours away so we werent able to go back and check their work and now we owe a lot of money for leaving a dirty house. Dont waste your money on these people unless you can go check when they are finished. Thought this was a good professional cleaning business but it isnt. What a rip off.

Michelle & Tori took care of my house prior to my going into the hospital for surgery. I have a long-haired cat & 2 dogs. Needed the house to be as antiseptically clean as possible to avoid infection of incisions. They did an incredible job. They cleaned a 1500 sq ft in 3 hrs...and did a wonderful job. In addition, they were efficient, professional and at the same time, very personable. I would recommend Molly Maids to anyone.
