I called 30 minutes after our appointment was schedule to check on the cleaning crew (assuming it was traffic) and they said we werent on the schedule. We had scheduled 3 weeks prior. Though they did get somebody out in the afternoon and apologize for the inconvenience, once the job was done, it was definitely NOT worth $225 for the deep clean. We would have done a better job ourselves. Our beds werent made, the floors still needed vacuuming, parts of the home that should have been dusted werent, the cleaning water was dumped in the front bushes on our plants, and our front porch wasnt swept (which is part of the deep clean service according to the website.) It was a huge disappointment to us especially considering the fact that we got a deep clean specifically so that we would not need to do our own deep clean 38 weeks pregnant and so we could have peace of mind that we will have a clean home for when our baby arrives. Needless to say, we wont be using this service again.

We have used Maidtopia multiple times over the last 2 years and will continue to use them as long as we live in the Austin area. The main thing is that cleaning is up to par, if not more than what I expect (I spot check every time!) and the customer service is always on point. We like the specialized 3-hour cleanings because I can just check off the things that I havent been able to get to on their pre-made list and the housecleaner gets it done. They are on time, if not early. Prices are reasonable and they will use their own products or yours if youd like. We appreciate the flexibility that comes with such a tightly scheduled business. Thank you, Maidtopia, for making pregnancy and home-selling with little children in tow not seem so daunting!

I scheduled a cleaning 3 weeks in advance. When i called to see if they were running late they told me they had no information about an appointment. Also they informed me because they did a poor job cleaning my house the first time and had to refund my money they would not come back to clean again. I was giving this company a second chance because of how they handled my first experience. But after today i understand the lack of communication and organization is a bigger issue than this company can handle. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Ive been using Maidtopia for a few years now. What they accomplish in a couple of hours what would take me the better part of a day to do on my own, and for a good price, too. Sometimes Im home during the cleaning and Ive found the ladies to be friendly and hardworking. This company truly values customer service and tries very hard to make the specific details of cleaning my home a great fit for us. Any comments Ive made have always been met with a "how can we do better" attitude. Give them a try!

One of my favorite things to do for my clients is give them the gift of a clean home. Coming home to a clean house after closing or not having to deal with cleaning the house after you sell makes the process a lot less stressful. Maidtopia is the only service I use for the job. They are responsive and do great work. Prices are very reasonable too. My clients are always very happy.
