Didnt do the work, any "guarantee" is worthless, and their management is worse. For two hours, they talked and only completed a bathroom and bedroom that barely needed cleaning. When I complained, the manager said they were told by us to only clean a certain area (THEY DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH, HOW COULD WE TELL THEM!?!) Manager came to watch a reclean but ONLY in the areas they cleaned--a master bedroom and bath in TWO HOURS??!?!?! They are worthless, do NOT give them money thinking they have guarantees and standards because they are large. Evidently, they are large because they fleece people. Oh, and they gave us a window for when they arrive from noon-5 both times. Dont expect them to show up at a time convenient to your schedule. You have to stay there all day waiting for them. Great customer no-service.

I needed to hire cleaners to cleanup after a remodeling job before my daughter moved into her new home. Molly Maid got back to me within a couple of hours of placing my request. They had the teams and flexibility to schedule a crew within a weeks time. I had attempted to contact two other companies. One--who advertises frequently on the radio--never returned my contact. The other took several days to get back to me. Not only did Molly Maid get back to me quickly, the quality of the work was wonderful, and the price was exceptional. An added bonus is the support that Molly Maids gives to domestic violence survivors. I cannot say too many good things about the work, the price, and the character of the company. Molly Maid came to the rescue for a last minute desperately needed cleaning. I was able to schedule a cleaning within two days, which other maid services were unable to do. As for the service, Elvia and Adelina were extremely courteous and professional. They introduced themselves and took the time to explain the service and were committed to every detail. The house was extremely dirty and they both took great care to make it look move in ready. The house was spotless, top to bottom, even in places I didnt think they would cover. I highly recommend Molly Maid for all your house cleaning needs.

I have been using Molly Maid for 4 years. My Team Route #1 with Moritja and Maria are WONDERFUL LADIES that have been with us for almost 3 years now. They have made my life so much better since they have been with us. My husband and I own a small business that takes most of our time. My Team are my life savers every two weeks when they come and clean our home and make it spotless again!!!! Our dog LUNA loves to see them when they come and they clean her chocolate lab fur off everything!!! We never want to do without these Ladies so we hope to have them a long time!!! Zero stars in my opinion. I was charged by the hour and the crew literally dragged around the house for 4 hours. In the end my house was poorly cleaned. I filed a complaint and a supervisor was very prompt about coming out. It only took her a second after entering the house to agree with me. She said she would get back with me to schedule a re-clean. That was nearly three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I spent more than $300 and Im still waiting for my house to be cleaned. Not going to happen now before thanksgiving. Sorry, two thumbs down and no stars.

I was desperately seeking a cleaning service for the Memorial Day just before the holiday weekend. I called a few services here in the Austin area but to no avail; one was closed and the others were completely booked. After calling Molly Maid I was pleasantly surprised to hear they could fit me into their schedule the same day! When returning home from work on Friday, after my cleaning, I walked into a spotless home. It was in better shape than I had ever seen it. I am now a regular customer and am proud to recommend Molly Maid to all of my friends and family.

I so love my two Molly Maids!! They are courteous, prompt, beyond thorough, meticulous, energetic, kind, and my house has never sparkled so brightly!! Working with the office has always been a breeze - they are here to help me! I am just so pleased - it is a joy to be able to have a really clean house and not have knocked myself out to get it! I love these guys (figuratively speaking, they are ladies); they are so, so good at giving your house that "new car smell" (once again, speaking figuratively); always on time and efficient at what they do; I have a puppy and my house is like an Easter egg hunt when it comes to her toys - Molly Maids finds them all! Toys in back of the W/D, under the couch, back of the closet, the attic... you get the point; needless to say, I will never let another person touch my house!

The first couple of times they came they did a decent job. The next couple less clean. The last time one was on the phone arguing with someone, while other one dropped stuff. They were in & out in less than half an hour. The house was NOT cleaned. Kitchen floor had spots. counters in both bathroom & kichen not cleaned. I called and told them about their aful job and asked them Not to cash my check. Needless to say, the chck was cashed and I still have a dirty house.

Easy, flexible scheduling, moderate pricing. I have many times suggested molly maid to those looking for services. I appreciate that the scheduling can accommodate our not-so-normal schedule and also what is actually cleaned each visit can be flexible as well. Sometimes we do a whole house cleaning, sometimes we only need certain things done, and we are able to adjust if necessary which is great for us. Thanks!!

Priced in the middle and service is good. Always willing to solve problems and same day service is great! Office is well staffed and phones are answered with a real person. I use them on a weekly basis and find them to be both responsive and easy to deal with. Very flexible and friendly. They come to your home and do a very professional consultation and its no obligation and no contracts.

Have been using Molly Maid since 1999. Reliable, dependable and great office staff. Whenever there has been a problem, which has been rare, they have taken care of it right away and done a good job. Scheduling is flexible and we appreciate being able to change it up when needed. Love having a clean house; our cleaning team is friendly and does a terrific job! Definitely recommend them!

Cecilia and Celia cleaned my home today and as always, did a fantastic job. Cecilia has been with me for as long as I can remember, probably more than ten years and I know if she shows up the house gets cleaned head to toe in less than an hour. I love it. My favorite part is the bathroom mirror (huge, wall-to-wall). I dont know how they get it so clean. Thanks.
