I had my first clean (the deep clean) done yesterday to begin my bi-weekly service with The Cleaning Authority. My thoughts now that it is complete: 1. The crew that came was very professional and polite. I met them at the house to introduce them to my small dog and see if they had any questions. They were easy to communicate with and very courteous. 2. They worked HARD. ESTELA, JADIRA (sp?), SILVIA and ANA were cleaning rock stars. My house is visibly cleaner with clean doors, baseboards, shiny counters and furniture. They were there for 5 hours, but 2 of those hours they had a double crew. So my home got 14 man-hours of work and it shows. They literally turned my house upside down cleaning in between, underneath, on top of and around everything. And they put it all back together before they left. 3. There was a lot of attention to detail. Was it 100% perfect? No, but it was 99.999%. They missed cleaning one ceiling fan and one powder room shelf that is very high and out of standard reach. Thats all they missed! In the whole house. If they disrupted bed pillows, they put them back in a nice arrangement. They folded throw blankets neatly and arranged them on the couch or beds. Things were shiny, dust free, wiped down, spotless and CLEAN. They even cleaned my horizontal blinds slat-by-slat. That is 17 windows of horizontal blinds that have never been more than occasionally dusted. THAT was the biggest difference in the appearance of my home and I couldnt have been more thankful for their determination to get them clean. 4. This morning I received a call from the owner to ask for any feedback. I told her about the ceiling fan and she has already made a note of it to make sure they address it at the next clean. And to discuss what I would be charged for my first clean. Like I said, it was a lot because it was a lot of man-hours. And they didnt just go ahead and charge that much to my account without contacting me first. My initial clean was not cheap, but I am thrilled with the results. My bi-weekly maintenance fee is MUCH more reasonable, and I am so excited about living in a home that I know is getting cleaned on a regular basis and I dont have to spend all my time outside of work doing it. I would highly recommend them. A++

I recevied a flyer in my mailbox from the company and decided to contact them just to see about their services. I wanted to make sure that they could also come to Georgetown to clean our home since they are located in Round Rock. Brian, the owner of The Cleaning Authority in Round Rock, Tx., scheduled an appointment with me to come out to our house for a consultation. He assured me they do clean homes in Georgetown. I have had several bad experiences with other people and companies that have come to clean our home, and I expressed this concern with Brian. He wrote down all of these concerns and also made sure to ask me about any valuable items and items that need extra care when cleaning. We discussed that there are some rooms that dont always need to be cleaned and what rooms that I want done all the time. He was very clear about the price once I was quoted. When the ladies came out for the first clean, I was no doubt blown away!!!! I have never been happier and they cleaned things that I didnt even think of. The job everytime since then has been just as wonderful and amazing and the ladies always take great care of our house. I would highly recommed this company if you are looking for a reliable cleaning company that does a fnatastic job!!!! Thank you.

replacing my original review , which we were begged for, with an honest one. We were notified by mail, after being a customer for approximately two years, that TCA would no longer provide service. Which is fine as we are looking for a replacement anyway. Consistently poor cleaning. Rather than skipping areas that werent tidy (kids rooms) they would stuff laundry into cabinets and under beds and spend most of their time tidying rooms they were told they could ignore. As a result the areas we cared about were neglected. Floors rarely looked clean especially in kitchen. Many advertised services such as cleaning baseboards and grout obviously never occurred. On two occasions shopping bags with purchases were removed during cleaning. Whether mistaken for trash or stolen we cant say. A $200 watch and some childrens clothes among other things. Several unreported broken property incidents such as our microwave handle and banged up walls. Complaints would typically be addressed by an inspector on the next visit and a good cleaning. Over time our regular cleaner clearly grew to dislike us, going from sunny and pleasant to glaring and rude. Heres to finding a better company in 2017!

I had passed on a flier we had for CA to my parents a while back, and they started using them at their home; after hearing the rave reviews from them (and my Mom is a stickler for details!) we decided to sign up ourselves. We had our first whole house cleaning today with Yadira and Mailet... the ladies were wonderful, did a FANTASTIC job... My husband and I agreed that our house has probably never been as clean (even when it was first built!) as when they finished! I am looking forward to our house being this lovely and clean with the CA - we are VERY happy customers! Follow Up: Weve since had 2 regular cleanings, one with Iscacia and Lissette, and one with Ivania and Gaby. Both times, the house looked fantastic when they finished, they were thorough and did everything so well. I felt compelled to add to our review because now weve had 3 different teams, and even with different ladies here, our cleanings have all been fantastic, consistent, and the ladies are all VERY nice and professional! I cant recommend them highly enough! Thank you CA for employing such great folks!

I am a new resident in the area and after some research on cleaning services decided to go with Cleaning Authority in Round Rock. Im happy to say that after a few months of service, I know I made the right decision. Carmen and Fatima are the team that clean my home and are professional and thorough in their services. They take sufficient time to ensure that all areas are cleaned and I particularly like the rotation of areas that receive focus on different dates. My house is shining and clean when they are done and its one less thing for me to worry about. And I feel the price charged is quite reasonable. I also like that the company only uses environmentally sound cleaning solutions. If I have any questions or concerns, the office staff are very responsive and check back to make sure things are fine. I cannot recommend Cleaning Authority more highly and think most people would be very pleased with their services.

We look forward to VIviana and Elizabeth coming to clean our home each week. They are fantastic ladies and clean your home as if it were their home. If I forget to leave clean sheets out for the bed they will remind me and ask if I want clean sheets on the bed. We have the same ladies come so that our dogs are familiar with the same ladies, who they have come to love. Even when they are training another lady they give the lady enough information so she can do a good job while they are cleaning the rest of the house. They always arrive on time. I ALWAYS look forward to the ladies coming because I am only able to do spot cleaning during the week so I really look forward to the ladies coming and doing the heavy cleaning each weeik; I would love Viviana and Elizabeth to come twice a week but are unable to have them twice a week, so I will continue looking for them to come weekly
