I had TCA clean our house while we were on sabbatical and we had renters. Which meant that I was paying from CA while the cleaning was happening in Austin. Their customer service and response to my emails was fantastic. When problems cropped up (which of course they did with that arrangement) they handled them quickly. I kept the service for a few months after we returned and was impressed with the quality of the cleans and professionalism of the staff. I have no qualms about recommending TCA.
