As the other writer, I was also told 1000 sq ft per hour. Our house is only 1700 sq ft. Was quoted $220-$300. House was cleaned top to bottom 4 months prior so it was not too dirty. They tried to charge me $575 in the end. When I called, they said my house was excessively dirty. I disputed the comment, little or moderate dust, your still wiping the same surface area, so it should take longer. I was told "then why didnt you clean it yourself". I explained that we work full time/overtime and have 3 small children, one being a 4 months old. I thought it would be a wonderful experience getting some help for a change. But it was a nightmare! They require a credit card before they even come to your home. I told the man not to charge that amount to our card and he refused, so we had to cancel our card! I can not believe these people treat their customers that way, insulting them, and not even trying to work with them!! I have pictures of the base boards not clean, the dirty dishes in the sink (they were told the dishes in the dishwasher were clean), the dust under the entertainment tower, the dust on the light fixtures/fan, ect.

Technically they do come and clean...and they are very nice. However, they are not allowed to use the tools necessary to actually complete a deep clean. No razorblades, no iron wool, no bleach or ammonia. Definitely NOT worth $180 unless you just need someone to sweep and wipe down counters.
