My roommate and I have used their services a handful (3-5) of times. My roommate has back problems and I have severe allergies so a thorough house cleaning is something best left to the professionals. The women who have came to clean, while seemingly friendly, are not professionals. They do service cleaning and leave areas that are not easily visible quite dusty and dirty. I have to go tidy up and usually finish their job after theyve left. My roommate and I have never complained about this though because the women were nice enough and because the job, while not complete or thorough, was tolerable. The most recent time that the women came to clean, the card they had on file for my roommate had expired and my roommate was contacted for new card information after the cleaning had been done. It was then that my roommate realized she was being overcharged by thirty additional minutes. The woman she spoke with also claimed that her employees had visited our home 8 times. So, either they have filing and clerical issues within their office or there is some dishonesty taking place. Either way, we have decided to seek cleaning services elsewhere.

UPDATE: The manager called me the very next morning, when open again, and was extremely pleasant to work with to find a solution! I am extremely impressed with how they handled my issue. She gave me options I could choose from, and was very encouraging and understanding. I am now boosting my rating because of how they handled an issue; everyone is human and mistakes are made. Thank you for handling my problem so well! I am extremely disappointed. I have had so many referrals, friends, and even people I know work here and speak so highly. I was genuinely really excited and put all my faith into their highly reviewed services. I have a super tiny house, only 600 sq.ft., and they didnt even finish a third of it in 3 hours (you pay hourly). They only vacuumed my baseboards, only vacuumed my wood floors, never mopped/scrubbed anything besides the tub/fridge/stove. My fridge, stove, and bathtub are all that are visibly clean.

I have known Amy, the owner for about 2 years now and I finally talked to her about deep cleaning my house! She came by and looked at every detail of my home and took notes. She asked great questions and really got to know more about my likes and dislikes for my house cleaning and about my family habitats as well as about my pets. We set an appointment time and she was off. Herr staff came and cleaned when they said they would and WOW did they do an amazing job! I didnt even know my doors were dirty, but they were! They cleaned everything from top to bottom and it looks AMAZING! Very professional and friendly staff. I felt like I walked into an upscale hotel when I got home yesterday. I dont typically have someone clean for us, as my husband is very particular, but he was even impressed! More family time for us! Thank you, Amy and your staff, for paying so much attention to detail and caring so much!

First time using 2 Green Chicks for a maintenance cleaning. The service was superb!!! I would recommend this cleaning company to anyone needing some home TLC. The maintenance cleaning was beyond my expectations...everything shined. With moving into a new home, having a newborn and along with visitors...these ladies took so many chores off my plate. They were also able to work around me since I was home taking care of my baby! Cant thank you enough and I will definitely schedule a follow up visit!

This company has done my monthly house cleaning for almost 2 years now. I could not be more satisfied. They do vacuuming, dusting, kitchen and bath cleaning, etc. Always professional, and most courteous and personable. Jenni has been with me since the beginning, and while the second person of her crew has changed over time, Christine has been a constant for many months now. these girls are GREAT!!! they have come on different schedules, once every two weeks and once a month depending on how much company we are having in our home. They always do and excellent job and I even have them do my Moms home from time to time as she is in her 90s. They charge by the hour which is very fair, I have used several other places but I have found the best cleaning service with 2 Green Chicks in the metro are. A++

I love 2 Green Chicks. I used another local service for years and their service kept deteriorating. I saw the reviews for 2 Green Chicks and gave them a try. Im so glad I did. Ive been using the Chicks for about 18 months, and I absolutely love my service. For a long time, I had Rachel and Heather, and now I have Heather and Ann. Id never had a cleaning service before, and I cant imagine living without it now. Kim Berlin and Alyssa did a great job on cleaning the house. Everything was cleaned to my standards. The only concern I have is they left a pile of trash on the kitchen floor Im assuminh from sweeping the floor and probably mopped around the trash. Other than that mistake I believe they did a great job!
