Got our estimate for the initial clean and subsequent cleans. We live in a 1700 sq ft split level home. We were told the initial clean would be very thorough (under couches and under couch cushions, base boards, blinds, etc). Initial clean was done while we were out of town. The house looked good when we got here. It should have as we got out first bill which was for $435.44!! They were supposed to clean the fridge and oven which didnt happen. I called to make sure I didnt get charged for that which may help explain why our bill was so ridiculously high. We didnt get charged for it. They offered to clean fridge and oven for free next time and take $25 off our next clean. I accepted. Next clean happened. Oven got cleaned, but the fridge was again forgotten. Got our bill for around $115. Then one day when looking for the remote, we found we did not get what we paid for in that initial clean. Under the couch cushions, under the couch and under the rug on our wood floor in the living room didnt get done. What did I pay over $400 for?!?! I started giving it the white glove test and found a lot of things that we were told wouldnt be cleaned, were not. We ended up cancelling our services at that time. They offered to let us "tailor our cleaning" to what we wanted and try to continue the services. I was so angry I paid over $400 for the initial clean and didnt feel like I got any more than what they did in the every other week cleaning we paid around $115 for. Will switch back to their major competitor who do a better job for a cheaper price and are "merry" when they do it. ;-)

Ive only had one cleaning so far but Im scheduled monthly. The first one was fantastic. They left the place almost spotless. From the bathroom to the kitchen, in the microwave and on top of the fridge, TV screens and of course they vacuumed as the final thing in each room until they got to the doorway and let themselves out. The only downside is my place is so small that the minimum charge is a little high, but I understand theres only so much you can cut down a price until its just not worth sending someone so I cant hold it against them really.

Team 7 has been cleaning our main floor and bathrooms every two weeks for about 2 years. Susan and Foibe do a nice job and try to pay attention to things they have learned are important to us. We appreciate the extra time available to us since Molly Maid does the deep cleaning and we just have to keep things touched up between visits. We like that the same team comes every two weeks. We feel they have a routine down and it shows in the cleaning job they do. Thanks Molly Maid!

Initially hired them to do a move out clean and they did such a fantastic job I got my entire deposit back. Decided to have them come to the new place once a month to keep up on everything so I didnt have to. It has been great to come home to a clean house and I especially love that I am not spending time cleaning kitchen and bathroom floors or trying to vacuum stairs. Highly recommend!!!!

Team 7 Susan and Foibe have always provided excellent service !! Its just like have friends over they are so very nice !! I had them come help me during a time of caring for sick parents and it was great to come home to a clean house . It allowed me to do other things that needed to be done.
