Absolutely Wonderful! This review has been a long time coming. My story: I called Allied Elements and was greeted on the phone by the owner of the company (how great is that for customer service!) I told him where I lived and we set up a time to go see the carpet that needed a cleaning. He was punctual, gave me a great estimate and said he would return later that same day to do the job. Later, he came with his companion, they did the work (Amazing work!) and thats it. That easy. Unfortunately I no longer live in Denton, but If I ever move back, I am calling these fellows for any services they can offer! I tell all my friends about them. They rock! :)

I cant say enough good things about this company. They were early for one thing. They told me within an hour and we there within 30 minutes! They came in and assessed the situation and advised us on calling home owners insurance company. They waited while we filed a claim and then went right to work. Tom took care of us like a family member would have! Advising and reassuring us along the way that we would be covered by insurance based on his past experiences. I seriously wouldnt go with another company IF I ever have to go through this again!

Wonderful company, very pleased with their work! Today I had one carpet cleaning cancel 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. I contacted Allied restoration and cleaning services and they were happy to make an appointment last minute, arrived on time and my carpet looks brand new again! Great pricing and the technicians and coustomer service was top notch, they were very friendly! Couldnt be happier with their service! Thank you Allied, we will contact you for future services!

Ive had many other companies come clean our carpets including big names but none compared to the service I received from this company. Russell and Rick arrived in time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Russell took the time to explain what was needed to be done. I could tell he is very passionate about what he does and takes pride in restoring carpet back to brand new. I really appreciate the detailed work!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company! They cleaned my carpets yesterday and now my carpets look awesome. The employees were very professional and I was completely comfortable with them in my home. Good work Allied Elements! If you need your carpets cleaned, give them a call. They also clean tile, grout and air ducts. I am going to have them clean my kitchen and dining room tile and grout later this year!

Our upstairs shower valve broke and flooded the upstairs and down through the walls and floors into the living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom. Allied responded almost immediately to begin getting everything dried out. Russell explained everything thoroughly and kept us in the know throughout the drying process. These guys are top notch!

They did a great job cleaning the carpet despite the fact that it was pretty beat! The technician took pictures and sent them to me so I could see before and after pictures. This was great for me because I am not in the same city as my house, which is rented out.

Carpets were cleaned after major renovations. Carpets were a very light in color. They were very meticulous about spots and removed heavily soiled areas. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I would use them again! Great Job guys!!
