How lucky to have discovered Maid in America! This review is long time coming because it was in 2004 since I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted Kathryn, the owner. She has been wonderful on how she runs the company and cares deeply about making sure her customers are happy. I would not use any other maid service in Denton. Ever. Kathryn, thank you and your staff for everything!

Last time we had a clean, January 27, the team did an outstanding job. We are almost always very satisfied, but that day whoever cleaned the hall bathroom went over and above. There was some seriously stained grout around the tub which was cleaned completely. And, the crud around the sink faucets was better than I have seen it since it was new. Thank you.

One of the women on the phone was rude....on top of this, they did a horrible job. These people are just too lazy to get the job done when and how wed like...even if we werent moving, wed definitely go with someone else...wed be too embrassed to reccomend this place. Beware of the positive reviews.. They did these themselves in most cases.
