I have tried to get in touch with these guys 3 times to clean my house. Their phone number goes to their corporate HQ, and I tell them Id like my house cleaned. They supposedly give my info to the local place (which is literally across the street, in Fenwick Plaza) and I have never once heard back from them. These guys apparently dont want business and they are in over their heads. If you walk past their storefront, you can see their office through the window and it is covered in papers all over the floor. I just called MaidOK and theyll be here tomorrow. I guess they actually want my money, unlike the "Cleaning Authority." Time for a change in management, methinks.

We decided to start with a one-time clean to see how we liked it as we are usually the type to just do our own cleaning. There was such a huge difference in having professionals do it! We have two pets who shed a lot, and after the cleaning there was no pet hair to be seen anywhere. They were very thorough and as soon as I stepped in the door I smelled a clean house without the overpowering chemical/bleach smell I was expecting. I thought it was a great value and they were so easy to work with - punctual, polite, professional. It was amazing to come home after work to a clean house, our experience was great.

Maria B, Irene & Veronica clean my house every 2 weeks and I LOVE IT! I have no complaints and can only say how happy I am every time I come home after they clean. I have 2 very hairy dogs and I have no idea how they do it but there is NO hair when they are done. The mini blinds always look great, the ceiling fans are clean and all the baseboards are dusted. They have a rotating system so that in 4 cleanings they deep clean your entire house with an ongoing process. Would highly recommend them and the company they work for. Thank you so much for making my life easier.
