I would not hire them for a moveout clean. They charge $90/hour with 2 maids. They come with a warranty, but its not a money back just reclean. If you are moving out with a deadline this is worthless! Their cleaning service is limited. They do not clean windows whatsoever (they tell you this prior). The lack of attention to detail and cutting corners was obvious. They failed to pass any part of my move out inspection kitchen, their bathroom was acceptable. Here are a list of a few of many issues (that seem like common sense): - Failed to clean the outside window of the stove - Only swept/mopped center areas, didnt go under cabinets or near walls - Didnt wipe down blinds at all - Didnt clean out refrigerator thoroughly

Called for my sisters move out cleaning. The clean was so bad that the rental agency recalled them and they did NOT go back to clean under fridge, stove or cabinets. My sister was charged another clean after already paid molly maid a ridiculous price. Never using again.

I hired a different company associated with Ace carpet Cleaning, and the experience was horrible ! Molly Maid came in and went above and beyond expectations! Also gave me a discount!
