I requested one-time cleaning. Their service charge is $140. On their website, they advertise it is 1.5 or 2 hour 3 person job. But the 3 people only spent about 1 hour in my house. My house is around 2000 square feet. When I called the office they said my house is small that is why it only take an hour. I mentioned that compared with other maid service, if it is 1 hour job, the charge is too high it should be around $100. But they insisted on their price. I will never use it again

PLEASE, do not use this company. Feel free to message me and I will give you more details. Their cleaners destroyed my hardwood floors! They have to be replaced. The gouged them so badly that they have to be replaced. They refuse to make this right and now I am stuck with horrible, horrible floors. I dont want this to happen to anyone else. If you message me, I will send you the pictures of what they did. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

The Upstairs Maid has really improved from when they started. Better management of the company and more reasonable than before. Teams are more organized. Great customer service. Tried the other services recently but the competition got stingy. Great cleaning services.

I have never used their service and wouldnt - my husband almost got run over by one of their drivers who was driving recklessly.
