UPDATE 7/27/2017: NEVER USING MAIDS AND MOORE EVER AGAIN. Ive had my apartment cleaned by Maids and Moore four times including their redo from the first awful experience. In the four times theyve cleaned my apartment, theyve left mildew and mold on my shower tiles. Prior to my cleaning on 7/26, I reached out to Roxy by email asking her to please make sure her staff removes the mildew and mold from the shower. She assured me they would. When I arrived in the evening, everything was organized, but once again, there was mildew and mold still in the same spot because it was never touched. In addition, I opened my closet to see all my clothes on the floor. Instead of folding them, they vacuumed the area that didnt have clothes on it and left all the clothes in a pile. I understand that monthly cleaning doesnt mean deep cleaning, but its ridiculous and a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY every month to pay Maids and Moore to make things appear tidy. Also, Holly, the owner of Maids and Moore, first suggested to redo my first cleaning. After the cleaning, she asked me to update my review to give her company a favorable review. ___ UPDATE: Holly, the owner, reached out to me by phone immediately to rectify the situation. She comped my cleaning mishap and then offered to do a second cleaning for free. I appreciate her willingness to make it right. The second cleaning was great. Everything was vacuumed properly. Bed made. Dishes clean. Thank you. --- Worst experience with inept customer service. Not sure about the cleaning. My recurring monthly cleaning was schedule two weeks prior to my cleaning date. I confirmed my first cleaning the day before that Maids and Moore was coming to clean within the time frame 12:30-2:30pm. I received an email from Roxy the day before stating the maids would be here at 2:30pm. Come cleaning day, no one showed up at 2:30pm. After 30 minutes, I called, email Roxy several times and left a voicemail. I ended up calling the sales team to get an actual person to speak with me. When Roxy finally picked up the phone, she told me the cleaners were downstairs trying to figure out how to come up, so I tried to provide instructions for entering the building. I waited. No one came up. Roxy then calls me and says she confused the cleaning team. The cleaners coming to my apartment spent extra time at another apartment and forgot to tell head quarters that they were running behind. She offered the cleaning for free and promised the cleaners would be at my apartment in 45 minutes. This was at 3pm. Now its 4pm. I call Roxy, no response. She calls me back and says cleaners are on their way up more than 1.5 hours later. Still waiting. I asked Roxy to send me contact info for her supervisor. She said shed send it right away. Still waiting...

I can’t think of a better cleaning company to go with when you need one. Yesi and Merit, the ladies that came to my home were top notch. From the initial contact with The Booking Manager, Colin Moore, and The Director of Operations, Roxy, I’ve been made to feel that my particular needs were of utmost importance and everyone went out of their way to see to it that I was treated with absolute respect, I was made to feel that I my wants and needs had value and importance. Yesi and Merit came into my home last Friday and right away they got down to the business of cleaning. They were both very personable, very efficient and they put me at ease almost immediately. I’m happy to say that the girls will be returning to my home on a biweekly basis. I didnt have to give one bit of direction or anything. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I was sincerely impressed. Knowing that my home will now be clean and shiny on a regular basis makes me one happy person. I just can’t say enough about the way I was treated from the very contact all the way to the absolute efficient and thorough cleaning that was done. The ladies that came here were not only absolutely capable but they were both very personable and while they worked we also got to chat a bit. They didn’t stop what they were doing to chat though. In fact, I can’t think of a time when either one of them stopped working to chat with either me or themselves. They were cleaning the entire time and only stopped to clarify something during that first hour. After that, they just knew what to do and where to clean without any help needed from me. That’s important as far as I’m concerned. This is THE cleaning service for my home from now on. If you need someone to clean your home once or on a regular basis, I highly recommend Maids and Moore. They are top notch and the prices are very fair. Maids and Moore, what else could you need? Nothing, absolutely nothing!

Words cannot describe how pleased I was with Maids and Moore in Austin, TX. I did a Google search to find maid services in Austin and upon viewing several companies, Maids and Moore had the best reviews, so I decided to give them a try. The process could not have been easier to receive a quote (100% accurate for my needs), upon receiving the quote, a simple phone call to set up day / time and I was ready to go. I opted for a deep clean as this was a gift to my friends as they host me when in Austin. I used to work in the construction industry and was please to see Maids and Moore offered deep cleaning, move in ready cleaning, and new home cleaning. This told me they knew what they were doing. The level of detail that was done during the cleaning was top notch and it was like I was using my old company back home for the past 15 years. The follow up by the Maids and Moore staff was great prior to the day of cleaning and the personal phone call the day after to check if I was satisfied with the services scheduled / paid for. I will be a repeat customer and please do not look to any other companies for your cleaning needs in Austin, I am very picky / expect a lot and other companies I have used in Austin have fallen short / been a let down for cleaning services. THANK YOU Maids and Moore for your excellent work and you have a new customer for life.

It really sucks to not have a good review. I wanted things to work out but as a customer you cant force it. I did not have a good experience with this company. I dont know if it was just a bad day. The lady I worked with in the beginning was nice and punctual. I researched for weeks and decided to go with this company because the reviews were so good. I was tricked. I hired Maids and Moore to clean my one bedroom apartment upon move out, on the day of service the maids assigned to me were an hour+ late. I trusted the cleaning was done properly until I received a call from my Property Manager that the apartment was still dirty, stove not cleaned, floor not swept etc. she sent me photos of the mess. The property manager tried to charge me but I told her that I paid for a cleaning service. I called the company and told them what was going on and asked what can be done, the customer service that I received was unacceptable. Worst Ive ever received. The property manager ended up escalating the situation and called the cleaning company, long story short I received a full refund from Maids and Moore only because the property manager emailed the photos to the Manager of the company. After my experience I would not recommend.
