STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ONLY HAVE ONE MAID AND LACK RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM! Unfortunately, the rate and review will only let me give Maggie Maid the minimum of 1 star because it doesnt even deserve that. We had a scheduled cleaning for windows and 2 showers so we can put our house up for sell the following day. The day of our appt WE called them around our appt time to find out that they were going to be 2 hours late. Okay, a little rude they didnt call us ahead of time to say that but well see you in 2 hours. NOPE! 2 1/2 hours later and we were calling them again asking where they were. We spoke with the ONE and only maid that they have an she basically blamed it on her boss Oscar about not calling. So we called Oscar which runs the business and he took the I had a doctors appt route and blamed it on his maid for the poor communication and unprofessionalism. What a coward move as his cell number is the number on the Maggie Maid site so he should have taken responsibility for his ONE and only maid working for him. Not to mention the inconvenience they caused us for me taking a day off for the cleaning and pushing back the selling of our house. We canned their awful service and went with a company that offered more maids for availability and cheaper. Thanks for wasting our time Maggie Maid but we still got the job done :)

We had originally signed up with Maggie Maid to do a deep clean of our 2500 Sq Ft house and then follow up with 2 visits a month. The deep clean service cost $185 and lasted about 4.5 hours. Two women worked the house. As they were ready to leave, my wife pointed out multiple areas that needed more attention. The women said that "it was a big job", did some superficial work to placate her, and left quickly without completing the rest of the areas she was unhappy with. We felt that for 40 dollars an hour there should have been more attention paid to the areas that needed deeper cleaning. The next day my wife contacted the management of the company to ask for a return visit to finish the work. The manager that returned her message was very unaplogetic, told her that the areas she wanted done were not agreed upon and did not offer any return service or reimbursement of any kind. We have canceled further service from this company and would suggest others try elsewhere for cleaning services.

I have had so many failed services in the past untill Maggie Maids came to my rescue. Friendly yet highly professional service each and everytime they clean our home and offices. The price point has been so affordable and I have never had to call them back for a missed clean area. The best part is I trust their staff and they are on time as scheduled. Thanks Maggie Maid for taking such good care of us.

Recently this cleaning service left my home after cleaning less than half of the house. They do not take pride in the way they left my home. I would not recommend this service.
