The ladies who have been cleaning my condo since I moved back to San Antonio two years ago. First, they are honest (nothing has been found missing), they show up on time and are thorough and efficient. There are a few things they dont do, such as fold the clothes coming out of the dryer, even on days when there is little else to do, but that is a minor thing. I am confident enough that I often leave to run errands and if they are gone when I return, the door is locked and the apartment is clean.

Weve used Maid Brigade for several years with excellent results. Quality people, efficient service, reliable, attention to detail. They arrive when they are supposed to, the team finishes all the work quickly, they handle special requests well, they are easy to reach for rescheduling, etc. Their charges are reasonable, their people are friendly, and if something is not done as you wish they will return to make it right the same day (although this has only rarely been needed). Big thumbs up!

I called for an estimate and it was an unpleasant experience. I dont know about their cleaning services, but the whole point of a maid company is to make things easier and out of the 4 companies I called they were the only one that was a pain to even talk to.

THE PRODUCTS THEY USE DOES NOT CLEAN... THE RAGS LEAVE A FOUL ODOR... THE FLOORS DONT GET CLEAN... THEY USE THE SAME RAGS THEY USE TO CLEAN YOUR TOLIET & SHOWER TO CLEAN THE FLOOR!! VERY UNSANITARY!!!!
