I have been with Andre and Mayers Maids for more than 5 years. Their service is excellent. They are prompt, communicative and do a great job. In 5 years I think I have called them only 3 times about an issue. That was when they were breaking in a new person and an item was missed. I was fine to let it go till next time but Andre himself came out the same day and remedied the situation. This company consistently asks for feedback and wants to deliver on their service every time. I use them for my home, recommend them to my friends and clients. As a Realtor I also recommend them and use them for deep cleans, make readies, and other projects.

I called to have my house clean and when they arrived they were in a hurry. I guess they complained that the house was too dust so the owner called me and charged me $40.00 more than the quoted amount, because they had to work 3 hours instead of the 2 hours they planned. But since they were in a hurry one of the girls broke two items dusting. But the owner never call to compensate for those items just to charge me for the additional time they stead. I also talked to them about coming every two weeks and they quoted me $149.00 biweekly. Which $298 per month and more if it falls on a month with five weeks is outragous i think.

After a lot of looking around, I recently hired Mayers Maid Service to take care of my home. This is not a franchise operation; the owner, Andres Mayer, came to my house to give me his bids for 1st time & regular cleaning services. His maids arrived in a company vehicle wearing company uniforms, they brought all the cleaning supplies necessary, were very cheerful, easy to communicate with and did a very thorough & excellent job cleaning my home. I really like dealing with owner-operated businesses in general and Mayers Maid Service in particular. Highly recommend.

I have been very satisfied with Mayers Maid service. They do a great job of cleaning and are very eager to please. The ladies that clean are hard workers and are very kind. A manager or the owner comes while the ladies are here to check their work and make sure I am satisfied with the cleaning. I know if I ever had an issue, it would be fixed immediately. The owner, Andre, is very responsive and always goes above and beyond to work with my schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

Your 2 maids were so friendly and worked so hard to clean my small apartment for me; I so appreciated that they did a couple of special services for me today because I am not able to do very much at this time as I am currently disabled.
