I used MaidPro when we lived in Baltimore and loved them then. I tried a new cleaning service when we moved to CO and they just didnt compare. MaidPro is so professional, personable, consistent, reliable and flexible. Payment is convenient. They hire smart, helpful managers and cleaners and they have a thorough checklist system that clients are able to refer to if anything was missed. I enjoy the little things. I dont have to stress if I didnt finish cleaning up for the cleaners. What if you forgot to leave the kitchen sink empty? They do the dishes for you! No questions asked! Beds are made, waste baskets are lined. They spoil their clients and its so nice to receive such top notch service, especially when you have a budget and theyre willing to work within it. Theyre great about special requests and are genuinely concerned about clients satisfaction. Great business model. Im proud to be a returning client in a new home!

Pretty sure these guys are scam artists. They quoted me almost 400 for six hours and three hours in they called and said that if I wanted my whole house clean it would be $500. I have had numerous other cleaners in my house that have managed to clean the whole thing spotlessly for $300. WORST OF ALL - they didnt even touch the kitchen floors, the hallway floors, they didnt clean any windows - yet their check marks all showed that those were clean when they billed me. I never leave reviews - but I will make an exception here. Do yourself a favor and use Mountain Maids. They are fantastic and not scammers.

The cleaners did a very good job during their first 2-hour job at our home. Everything they did was done really well - they got to the corners, left all cleaned surfaces looking spotless, and even managed to re-arrange stuff on the counters to look better and more pro-like :) I only wish they were a bit quicker in getting some of the chores done (>1.5 hrs per person per bath seemed like a bit much for a new home (<6 months old) bathroom that was was not super-dirty), but would definitely want to try them again to see how things go the next time. Certainly recommend them for professionalism and a job well-done!

Maid Pro was excellent. They were on time, respective of my "no shoe policy" and used the cleaning products I requested. I appreciate having the QA inspector arrive 1 hour before the cleaning team is complete. It allowed me to point out a few small areas that could have used a little more "elbow grease". The QA inspector was easily approachable with my statements and having the cleaning team make minor adjustments. I have already scheduled my next cleaning for April. Job well done. Would recommend Maid Pro to others.

Maid Pro has had the care of our home for several years now. We have always been more than pleased with the level of commitment and professionalism exhibited by the ladies who come to our home as well as the entire Parker. CO office staff. We have had dogs and cats and live in the country so dust and pet hair is always lurking everywhere. Our home is spotless-at least for a while until they come to clean again! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone.
