Absolute horrible and BAD customer service.. I called to have them come clean my home, the day they were suppose to check it with a estimate they called me 2 hours late when i was already leaving. So they rescheduled for the next week, well they NEVER showed up. I called over and over and no one, including the manger picked the phone up. I left a message and no call back. These are shady unreliable people. DO NOT have them clean your home or business. They probably would never show up.

We are so pleased with the Merry Maids service we had today. Becky and Leticia actually were a few minutes early - so give them an A+ for promptness. They did a "deep clean" service for us today and we were very happy with their pleasant demeanor and wonderful customer service. We are certain our home hasnt been this clean and dust-free in decades. We are going to request this team on a permanent basis. Thank you, Merry Maids!

They never showed up to even do a estimate. Three times we scheduled and three times they no showed. No call no notice nothing. Every time I called they just laughed it off and rescheduled. I would recommend to never use them
