We have received biweekly cleanings from All Star for about five years, and we would never dream of stopping. All Star has been a godsend--probably saving our marriage (ha!). They go above and beyond to get our house clean, with attention to details such as fingerprints on furniture, floorboards, and underneath the little bottles in the bathroom. The little touches, for example folding the towels on the rack and turning over the end of the toilet paper roll, make the house feel luxuriously clean and tidy when I get home from work. Their cleaning products are natural and I have no worries about harsh products harming the furniture. The employees are hardworking, polite, and friendly. Lauras customer service is excellent--whoever said otherwise is nuts! Over the years we have occasionally had to cancel last minute (due to illness, for example) and she has always rescheduled us without complaint. Ive seen Laura do random spot checks on her crews cleaning and get down on her hands and knees to look for dust in corners. They are always asking for feedback on what they can do better. I have referred All Star to several friends and none have been disappointed.

If I could give a ZERO I would!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I hired All Star Cleaning in Fort Collins to clean our rental. I met with one of their employees (who by the way is their Quality Control person) at the rental and even gave her a checklist of what I expected. When I got to the house what I found was shocking! The drawers and cabinets were still full of mouse turds, the oven was BLACK with grease, the stove was full of grease, the cabinets were still dusty and not wiped down. I swear I dont know what they did when they were there. You should see the pictures! Incredible! I I spent all day Saturday and Sunday disinfecting and cleaning the house! Do NOT use this company and please spread the word so nobody else gets scammed!!!! They told me they wont refund my money because their policy is to send the crew back out to fix what is wrong. Unfortunately, my renters were moving in on Sunday and they are open or available on the weekends to answer calls. The owner even told me that my pictures were basically a lie when I told her I would be happy to show her what the house looked like. Unbelievable!

Count me as another big fan of Justine and Taylor! They are friendly, professional and do a great cleaning job. I look forward to having them come in, which is high praise for service contractors. My husband and I both work at home and they are so great about cleaning around us without any distraction. You almost forget theyre around! The staff in the office are extremely helpful and responsive. Theyve always worked with me when Ive needed to reschedule an appointment or have one-off services. Ive never had any attitude issues with them, which I have had with other companies in town. Big thanks to All Star! Update - We are the paranoid pet owners you hear stories about. We have two small dogs that can be hyper and will head for any open door just out of curiosity. so we almost never leave them alone for long periods of time. However, weve gotten to know and trust Justine, Hannah and Taylor so well that weve started leaving the dogs at home with them when we have apptmts and cant be home. Everything is always A-Ok when we return and the dogs act like it was all no big whoop. Perfect!

I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful company that sends a great team I can trust in my home to clean. I currently get the bi-weekly cleaning and it fits perfect for my families needs. I run my own business and my days are so hectic along with family and having fibromyalgia I get tired easily. Adam is one of my Cleaners and he always makes my home shine. One of my favorite things is coming to my bedroom. They have everything tidy and looks so organized. My bed looks perfectly made. They leave these cute little notes that I feel like a kid looking forward to reading them. I also really love the fact they dont use harmful chemicals. I dont like walking in a home smelling like a chemical bomb went off. My home smells nice. Again a huge blessing to have such a wonderful company come in and clean for me. Thank you for putting a smile on my face after a long hard day! I look forward to my Thursdays more!

I have been an All Star client for about six months. I really like them! Business office: Provided a prompt quote and got a team in right away! There have been a couple scheduling/communication hiccups, but none so large that it impacted my service. Pricing: Spot-on. Not too high, but also not so low that it impacts service. Payment is easy auto-debit, so I dont have to worry about another bill. Service: My cleaning team, lead by Erin, is the best part of All Star! My house is sparkling when I get home and there are a lot of extras (fancy-folded towels and blankets) that still make me smile! Im at work when my team arrives, but I know that theyre considerate of my pets and house while Im away. When one of my pets died (not on their watch), they left a note with sweet condolences. I feel like they really care for my home and family!

Justine & Taylor, a professional house cleaning team for All Star Cleaning! They always greet us with great smiles & energy whether they had a tough day or not. They focus on everything rarely missing a beat. Detailed, careful with items, and they leave with the house polished & sparkling and smelling wonderful! They see an area that needs more detail & take care of it without us having to ask. Occasionally we ask them to do something extra if they have time and they will, if not this time the next. Great company with two very big stars! Also, before Taylor we had Hanna with Justine. We love Taylor but also miss Hannah very much, she as well is a star employee willing to go the extra mile! I had 2 gals come in to clean 2 major rooms, 1 master bathroom, 1 half bath (sink/toilet only), stairs/foyer, kitchen floor(mop only)...estimated time was 1 hour at $65.00. They came in..and took 2 hours to do the job! I had to tell them to dust several areas that were NOT done, re-mop parts of the kitchen floor and other areas were not cleaned as well as I had had done before with other services. I called the owner/manager:Laura of All Star in Ft. Collins and all she could say was "Sorry, what do you want me to say? Sorry our services were not up to your cleaning standards!" I really expected some sort of customer satisfaction which is grantee on their website. NONE was offered or given. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES WHAT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE!

I started using All Stars a few years ago. I had a huge battle for my life due to spending so much time in NOLA and developed severe respiratory distress twice (I have severe allergies to mold and mildew). I realized after spending time in the hospital (too much time), that even doing house cleaning was making it hard for me to breathe. So, I called up a few places and a few friends and they recommended All Star Cleaning. I gave them a try and have never looked back. I am breathing much easier now and they do a wonderful job. Using all natural products really helps my asthma. If I ever have an issue with anything, I simply let them know and they fix it right away. The people that come are always friendly and make sure that everything is okay. Thank you, All Star Cleaning, for helping me to breathe again. :)
