I am upset and not sure what to do. On friday i had a lady come out to clean but she had to leave to go to doctor but returned on monday, being yesterday. I thought she was cleaning, but not sure what she was doing. After she left, my husband and i walked through the house to look at her cleaning job. Now keep in mind i am visually impaired so cannot see well. But the job she did was worse than what i can do. She did not dust my living room at all. There was dead flies on window sill and the floors were still dirty with. Dirt you could see and feel. I paid 150 dollars and i am not sure for what i paid for. I am fortunate to be able to work from home with my vision like it is, so today i have to take off of work to clean the house after i just paid 150 dollars for. So i am losing mobey today as welll. I have tried to call yesterday twice and left a message for return call and nothing happens. I have called this morning leaving message with no return call as of yet. I guess hiring a cleaning agent was a very expensive bad mistake for me.

After calling at least seven other "professional cleaning businesses" here in LBK TX with no answer- just disconnected numbers and voice mails; I was relieved when they picked up and I was finally able to speak with a real LIVE person! They were able to come and clean for me the very next morning. I was very happy with their work! I did find it a little pricey but, overall very worth it! Id use them again.

I had a couple of spots in my home that were missed while cleaning the first time. After notifying the company they promptly sent out another tech who finished the job at no additional cost. My house looks as promised and I couldnt be happier.
