This is the last place you want to call to clean your home, they use the old bait and switch. They ring out a big crew to impress on the first cleaning so youll sign up. After that the worse. I live in a 5,300 square foot home, and woman did the whole house in an hour? Of course not, it looked awful. I complained, they said they wouldnt charge me for it, and send a crew out for a "redo." Well two people came out and they did a lousy job, so we were done with them. But then they sent me a bill for the bad job, the free "redo," and for the next weeks cleaning after that after we had let them go. But thats not all! They turned us in to collections under my wifes name and Im the one who hired and fired them! Guess what, now Ill take them to court. Ive had cleaning crews over the years in different cities where Ive lived, and these people are the worst. If you like your house cleaned with dirty water, garbage left behind, rags, streaks, and people who eat food out of your pantry, these guys are for you!

I have had the cleaning authority clean my house bi-weekly and it looks spectacular. They are very detailed, reliable and dependable. The ladies are pleasant and dont rush through the house. I recommend them.

I know nothing about their cleaning ability however the jackass with the gray beard driving the blue FJ cruiser around town will keep me from ever considering them.
