Ive been employed at home cleaning centers of america for 16 years as a supervisor.We generally run 4 to 5 crews per day cleaning 4 to 6 homes per crew with a supervisor on each crew. the two things we most focus on is quality and customer service. Because without quality we wouldnt have customers. Ive built up a lot of relationships throughout the years and im always looking to build more. we are definately honest hard working cleaners who strive for our company.if ever we do make a mistake we are quick to fix i because we guarantee our work from start to finish.Carrie Kaple is the best boss Ive ever had and with these above are why im still here. We have had many cleaning companies over the years, and weve never been anything more than moderately satisfied... until we met HCCA-Colorado Springs. They quite simply exceed our expectations week after week - showing up when they say they will (imagine that!), doing what they say they will (and more), and always leaving the house in shape for another few days of abuse... by teenagers and pets alike. People were friendly. I cleaned the whole day before they came and left a small list of things that asked to be completed. Like ceiling vents, window tracks, and above door frames. They completed about half of the list. I even left a tip for the crew. When I came to check on them they admitted that they showed late (supposed to be 10-10:30) they had just arrived at 11am. I came home at 1pm to see how things were going and the two ladies were gone. Then was charged $262 the next day. My recommendation.... Be there while they clean and dont leave a tip :)

Michael and his crew do a wonderful job. After the crew cleans, the house always smells fresh and all the rooms and surfaces are thoroughly clean. I was quite pleased with the window washing service as well -- spotless, streak-free, and shiny windows. The prices are reasonable, this is a very professional business with friendly people, and I have been a happy customer for over 20 years.
