I purchased a Groupon for three, three-hour cleaning sessions and was disappointed two of the three times. First off, it took almost three weeks of calling to actually get someone on the phone who could schedule the appointments. Then, I received a call on the morning of my first appointment and was told they needed to reschedule because of short staff. For the three hour sessions I was told two people would come for 1.5 hours, which equals three "man hours." Well, the first cleaning session there was only one lady for the first hour and a second lady showed up for 30 minutes and then they both left, so I only got two "man hours" of cleaning. The quality of cleaning was fair at best, the underside of the toilet seat was dirty and there was still dust underneath all of the picture frames on my TV stand. When the second cleaning session came around I was told the maids would arrive between 11:30-12:30, I waited until 1:00 before I called the office and was told they ran late on a previous house and should be to my house shortly. I had things I needed to do so I waited until 2:00 and left. Luckily I have a keypad on my door so when they showed up at 2:15 I was able to give them the code over the phone to let them in. I returned home at about 3:15 and surprise, they were already gone. Same as the first appointment, I was shorted an hour of cleaning and the quality was fair. The office called me the day before the first two appointments to give me an arrival time, but for the third session I did not receive a call and the maids showed up the day before I had the appointment scheduled. But this time they stayed the entire 1.5 hours and the cleaning was great, they moved the picture frames and dusted under them and actually cleaned all areas of the bathroom. Overall, I was not satisfied with this company, I can understand running a little late, but to not get the time I paid for two of the three times is not acceptable.

I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this company. I had a one-time cleaning that I was pleased with and signed up for monthly service. They sent a new lady that got nothing accomplished and when we complained, they sent a trainee with her, for extra time, which resulted in even less getting done. They did not do simple tasks like dusting and wiping down countertops, sweeping or mopping. They then rescheduled our regular time, without warning, to a date when I was out of town. I got an e-mail at 11 AM (when our normal time was 8:00) saying that a lady was at my house...a week early. I was out of the country. I asked them to cancel our service, however they had already charged my card and now refuse to refund the charge as refunds are not the policy of the company, in spite of the fact that my house was never cleaned, and I had not agreed to the revised cleaning date. They refuse to deal with the situation, and are extremely slow and difficult in their communication. I recommend avoiding them.

I had a terrible experience with them - they are the WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER - and their service SUCKS!!!!!!! I signed up for weekly service with the promised 5th cleaning free. I had a different person for each of my services - so I had to train everyone each time! On the fifth time - they charged me, and refuse to cancel the charges, although that was the deal we signed up for!!! they said they will come back and clean for a 6th time, but they do a terrible job, I would like my 5th cleaning free! Oh and not to mention that on week 2 the "Maids" scratched the heck outmy BRAND NEW shower glass door and when i reported it, Stephanie ignored that I even told her! NOTHING! Week 2 was also 3 hours late, and no one called me to tell me. MAIDPRO BROOMFIELD, CO is terrible, they mis-charged and refuse to refund my money, and their customer service is in the toilet!!

I purchased a groupon for five cleaning sessions. I was happy at first. The maids came, worked quickly and efficiently and I thought they did a thorough job. I decided to have them come longer than I originally had planned, and after that I started getting frustrated. I had them come for a total of 9 times. 4 of those times they had to reschedule. It was very inconvenient. I also had five sets of maids come. I really liked Grace and her partner, but no one else came close. I often had to mop my kitchen floor after they left because it didnt even look like they tried. When I called to complain about those instances they offered a reclean and fixed the problem. However, I think there should have been no problem to begin with. I ultimately cancelled my service because it almost caused more stressed than it saved.

We have been very happy with our MaidPro service so far. They have been cleaning our home for a few months now. In the beginning, there were a few issues with scheduling that made the cleaning inconvenient for us. However, our local service went out of their way to help us fix the issue. They now notify us the day before telling us a one hour window of when our cleaners will be arriving. This has been tremendously helpful. The cleaning is always throrough and efficient. They also have been very gracious to accomodate any special cleaning requests we may have on a given week.

I have had Maid Pro bi-weekly for about a year and a half. In that time, I have had about five different cleaners and they have all been excellent. They are the best trained, and most professional of any cleaning service I have ever had. The service is great, the management is quite responsive if you need to change, and I am always delighted when they come. They do not talk on cell phones all the time like some cleaners, and they WORK! They are also reasonably priced for the service you get.

MaidPro is competitively priced, punctual and always respectful of our time and our belongings. I look forward to their arrival every other week. My favorite part is that I no longer have to change sheets. I just leave a clean set and can look forward to diving in to a clean bed at night. It’s awesome! We love our MaidPro team and would recommend them to anyone.

I have had consistently positive experiences with Maid Pro. Everybody I work with there has been conscientious, extremely helpful and most importantly, has done an awesome job cleaning my house! I know I dont need to be home to be sure they dont miss anything...I always come back to a great looking house. I would strongly recommend them to anybody.

I have been using this MaidPro office since June, 2011 and every 2 weeks they do an awesome job! Most recently I was having people over in the evening and MaidPro had made my home look beautiful and I didnt have to worry about a thing and could enjoy my guests visiting. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning service in the area.
