Worst experience I have had with a company in the Gilbert area. I called because I saw positive reviews. I also saw a $75 dollar off your first service. I talked with the office manager and she provided a quote. This was how it was listed: Monthly: 8.50 Labor Hours* 1st for $324.50 7.50 Labor Hours* each visit thereafter for $287.50 OTC: 8.50 Labor Hours* for $409.50. I booked the first visit and a second visit two months in advance. She confirmed the first visit for $324.50 and told me two girls would be arriving at 11 and they would work to 3:15. The first gal didnt get there until 12:30 and the second gal did not arrive until 2:20. She was actually a quality control person supervising because the first gal was new on the job. ( I wrote down exactly when they came.) The second gal didnt begin working until at least 2:30. At first they were all in one area working together upstairs. The second gal and the QC gal came downstairs to work in the Master Bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. In the meantime the gals vacuum upstairs quick working and she wasted 20 minutes working on it and getting her partner to go out and get her vacuum . They came to me at 4 pm and said they would not finish on time that it would cost me more to keep them there. I was upset due to the mismanagement of time and felt that I was the person on the short end of the deal. Someone called me from the office and she okayed the extra time which I felt was necessary because of the fiasco of the getting here and working efficiently to get the job done. (I do commend them for that but it wasnt easy after arguing with her) I did the final walk thru with the QC gal and on a quick inspection things looked good. I did have to have them wipe down my kitchen cabinets and fridge better because of dust and water stains. I also felt around a stool and it was very gritty. She had a gal wipe that down. They left. I went into the guest bathroom and put a black light on the toilet and You could see where the toilet had not been clean on the face or sides. The floor had not been cleaned either. I took a pal of water and vinegar and went in and scrubbed the bathroom floor. The water came out a murky dirty grey. Today my credit card was billed the $409. I e mailed the office manager about this and she told me today, not when she gave me the quote that the $75 dollar discount only applies to the recurring customers ...$25 off their first, third and 5th visits. Basically I felt that this crew did a surface clean and didnt hit the areas that truly mattered. I found others areas (in my office) where the bookshelves still have dust on them. Two glass shelves were wiped with a dry rag. You can see smudge marks and water marks on them. The whole process was very unorganized. The management was not transparent in their pricing and quotes given. The value or my cost was certainly not worth the job that was done.

MaidPro (Gilbert) has been cleaning our office for the past three months and theyve done a spectacular job. As an SEO company in downtown Gilbert its very important that we have a maid service that really works hard for us. This ensures that everyone in the company can spend their time being dedicated to provide excellent service to our clients instead of having to worry about cleaning the office. Working in an office within a desert area, dust is a constant issue. With our MaidPro team supporting us we dont have to worry about dust settling all over our workspace. They consistently dust all surfaces - even the top edges of our whiteboard frames and our ping pong table. They take extra special care in cleaning all our glass surfaces which is really important, as we have a few windows inside our office space. Thanks to MaidPro we dont have to worry about streaks or grime on our inner windows or glass desks giving us an unprofessional appearance. They thoroughly clean the floor and baseboards, the toilets and sinks are spotless, and all the trash is taken care of with the spare bags set handily in the bottom of the trash cans. The spotless appearance and lemony fresh smell of the office always puts a smile on my face when I come in after they clean. If you want a thorough, consistent, and diligent maid service for you office or home then I cannot provide a better recommendation than MaidPro (Gilbert). I cant thank them enough for their wonderful service, so if you try them out based on my recommendation - let them know that you did thanks to the appreciation of the team at Managed Admin.

Maid Pro East Valley was a mixed experience. The first gal to come clean did a great job to a point but left a few things undone. Then 3 cleaning women showed up to clean my kitchen. All they did was mop the floor, clean off dust on a hanging light and wash the counters. NO shelves were cleaned. In addition, I asked if they were going to clean the stove and refrigerator and they said, "Were not set up to clean those appliances." Im stumped as to how when you hire people to clean a kitcher they wouldnt be prepared to clean the entire kitchen. They didnt mop the floor on either side of the refrigerator. In addition, I had a small amount of Easy Off Oven Cleaner left plus a full bottle. I also had two bottles of a cleaner called Greased Lightening. I left for an hour. When I got back all the women were gone plus they had only left me with the almost empty can of Easy Off Oven Cleaner. They had taken the full container of Oven Cleaner and both bottles of Greased Lightening. I was entirely pressed for time to finish cleaning the kitchen. I cleaned the stove and refrigerator plus all the shelves. The Maid Pro representative was an overassertive, intimidating bully quite full of herself. In conclusion, I am very suspicious of all the reviews being 5 stars. I would never ever hire Maid Pro East Valley again. They are a terrible service!

They were good at getting someone to come out and clean at last minute. However the ladies are given a checklist to complete as they are cleaning. There were things checked off that were not actually cleaned. I had Crystal give me a call after I had given them a review and she sent them out again to fix it. I got charged $240 for what they said it was 5 hours worth of work when they had a lot less to clean this time around. I used them the previous year and they sent out 3 ladies for 6 hours worth of work and completed the entire house in a lot less time. This time, two ladies only cleaning part of the house supposedly took longer? (No logic there). My husband got to the house around the same time they were there and they were not there for 5 hours worth of work. I dont mind the price had they actually done the entire house and done it right the first time. If youre looking for "ok" work for an EXPENSIVE price.. then this would be the place to go.
