The service I received left me upset, frustrated, and dissatisfied. I was told that I was going to have a full service, however I still walked through the house with the cleaners and discussed with them what was needed and important to be cleaned. I emphasized certain areas, which I came back to find some areas unserviced and other completely unsatisfactory. I contacted an individual who serviced my property in regards to this, and was ignored and the company never followed up on the service. This was my first home cleaning service and possibly my last. My experience has left me questioning whether I should try another company, as I will never go back to this one and strongly urge anyone thinking about using this comany to stay clear. I feel cheated out of what should have been something to relax me and bring me relief, but instead only left me more stressed out and caused me more work.

Ive been using Master Cleaning Services for a few months now. The people who clean are friendly, on time and I like that we get a reminder email for the appointments. We have a nice routine going. I know when they are going to show up, where their going to start and how to move around the house as they work their way through. I also love the way they clean my laminate floors. Ive never seen any other cleaning company make them as spotless as they do...not sure how they do it, but the spotty streaks that are usually left behind arent there when they clean them!

This company did a great job cleaning our house. They cleaned everything quickly and did it for a very reasonable price. I was curious about some of the reviews so I asked and found out it was because of a special they ran one time that generated too much business and led to negative reviews. I have to say Im very happy I called them and look forward to using them again!
