Weve been using this service every other week since my wife found out she was pregnant with our first child, to cut down on her stress load while prepping for the baby. Until today, the only thing I could have possibly criticized was the punctuality - Id often be told theyd be by early in the day only to have them show up in the late afternoon and so forth -but thats understandable (jobs go long, people call in sick, emergencies happen, etc). However, today marked the first week weve been home since our baby came, and obviously neither of us is in any shape to be cleaning the house from top to bottom, both being exhausted by an extended hospital stay and trying to get the child on a schedule. To top it off, numerous relatives will be stopping by to see our child for the very first time tomorrow, and my wife is very self-conscious about the state of our cleaning. And of course, Daisy Maids chose today to never show up at all, no word or warning. I know we have the schedule right (Ive had it plotted out in my phone since we started), and the account we pay them out of clearly shows a charge for the work that never happened today. My wife is in tears, and weve been unable to get a hold of anyone to even find out what has happened (my mother in law has been calling for me non-stop, but has only been able to leave messages), let alone get some kind of compensation or emergency rescheduling for tomorrow morning or something. It is absolutely unacceptable to charge for something that wasnt done in any circumstance, let alone being unreachable as well.

This was a complete waste of money. DO NOT USE THEM. One of the cleaners knocked my scentsy over and instead of telling me or figuring out how to get it off my WOOD dresser they left it on the dresser and on my wall. There is visible dust on my blinds that I PAID EXTRA to have deep cleaned rather then just a light dust, they mop with a rag at the end of swiffer not by hand like they claim to do, multiple places throughout the house that did not get vacuumed like promised, every frame was crooked or not even put back in its place and the list could go on and on. Horrible job and a complete rip off. If you want someone to clean your house this is not the place the go they are just going as fast as they can to get to the next job and do not do a good or through job. Find someone who you pay by the hour and dont waste your time and money with this horrible company.

We had Daisy Maids come to our house yesterday and Im very pleased with the quality of their work. It seemed a little pricey at first, but they had a crew of five people spend one hour cleaning our house top to bottom. So its five man-hours of cleaning, which would have taken me half a day; it is worth the money for me to have half a day of my life back. They did a superb job on tough things, like scrubbing our bathtub, shower and toilet. They scoured the kitchen till it was spotless. Every rug and floor was vacuumed and mopped, and every surface was dusted or wiped down. They did miss one or two little things--one small table in the living room didnt get dusted, and two window sills in the basement are still dusty. But these are very small issues compared to the good overall results. I will be happy to hire Daisy Maids regularly from now on.

Pros: Absolutely amazing! I chose daisy maids to come and clean our house because my wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant and I wanted to surprise her with a clean house before she got home from work and more importantly, so she can stop worrying about getting on her hands and knees to clean the baseboards etc. Well, the girls came over and, like an army, marched in and took command. I left to run a few errands, and before I knew it, I got a call telling me that everything was done. Thank you Daisy Maids! Ill be calling again in the near future! Cons: The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they were late, even after they called to tell me theyd be here in 30 to 40 minutes, it was over an hour before they rang the doorbell.

Had a horrible experience with this cleaning service today. I had scheduled the deep cleaning package. They gave me a 5 hr window of when they would come, and said they would call 30 minutes prior. I never received a call. Luckily (or unluckily) I was home at the time. They showed up and cleaned the bathrooms- that is it. I was expecting the whole house to be cleaned. I asked the lady about this and she said they only had me down to deep clean bathrooms. I couldnt afford to pay 200 more for them to finish what I thought I already paid for. After they left, I took a close look at the bathrooms... not deep cleaned by any means. Still dust on the towel racks, dirty mirror and actual bleach spots on my wall. Left feeling super frustrated.

Weve been using Daisymaids for regular monthly cleaning for the past several months, and Im satisfied. They do a good job on general cleaning, and when asked, they will do more. Normally they get everything and its all good, but from time to time we notice a vent that is dusty or something, but they will always take care of it when you bring it to their attention. The crews are always respectful and kind. They get in and done fast, which I appreciate. Once in a while we get a "deep clean" and they are so great! Clean ovens, clean blinds, and baseboards, love it. No complaints from me!

I have used Daisy Maids for years and I have loved them. They take great care in leaving my home looking and smelling great. I have real woods floors and they take a good deal of time to keep them looking clean and shiny. They take the time to clean them on their hands and knees and on some occasions they have gone over them several times to ensure they leave them looking perfect!! They are always on time and don’t let me forget how well they clean the shower and tub they look perfect. If you are a clean freak like me you should definitely give them a try.

Love the service daisy maids provides, who doesnt want someone to clean their bathrooms ever so often?! Some of the same staff have been cleaning for me for years, it must be a great place to work! They clean my restaurant and my home 2 times, every month and do a fantastic job! I suggest you get a deep cleaning as a gift once in awhile, you will thank yourself for doing it! Its also a great gift to give someone for bdays, after the holidays or even as a funeral gift. No one wants to clean after a crazy holiday or emotional life event. Thank you ladies! ❤❤❤❤

NEVER EVER use Daisy Maids!!! I hired them to do a move-out cleaning service, that was to include everything listed on the website: clean kitchen, sanitize bathroom, hand wash blinds, baseboards, etc. Move-Out Service $150+ Window Washing $50=$200, not bad right? Wrong!! The only two items they did a remotely good job on where the blinds and windows, everything else was horrible. When my roommate contacted them with picture proof, we were offered $15 off our next cleaning. NO THANKS!!! Id rather have the $100 I lost on my cleaning deposit.
