Nice girls, but didnt know how to clean a house. When they left, the photo below what the paper towel under the water cooler wood stand and of the mat that is under the cats dishes. They did not know to wipe the baseboards, the door frames or the ridges on the doors. Nor did they clean the top of the refrigerator or dust gathering places. Bathroom mirror was not cleaned. Pillows on couches were not puffed and made to look nice. They were very nice and the crew was here 3 hours for a 2000 sq. ft house which is a lot of time for a small house. They want you to sign something to say you were happy with the cleaning. It was not until after they left that I saw the cat hair on the furniture that had not been vacuumed or the bathroom mirror that was not clean etc. Called to tell them I was not happy with the job they wanted to send the crew back. If I had to explain that one needs to clean baseboards and door frames, it is faster for me to do it myself. They said that cleaning furniture was not considered in a "deep clean" the rest... I hope they can do better for someone else.

I would like to edit my review and say that I am happy with the way the owner, Keith, has handled the situation. He informed me that they are going through trainings to help prevent reckless driving and was very apologetic regarding the customer service I received last week. He called me personally to apologize and tell me they are doing everything they can to make sure their drivers are safely driving to and from their work. Thank you Keith for taking the time to apologize! Just got off of the phone with Mitchell regarding one of their maid drivers driving recklessly. When I got in touch with the police department they already had officers on the way because of four other calls regarding this driver. When I called the company to let them know, I was treated horribly by Mitchell and was told that he couldnt teleport himself to do anything about it. I dont take reckless driving lightly so I will be filling a formal complaint with the state regarding drivers.

My family hired Green Envy Maids to come in and clean my house when I was ill last year and they were very thorough. I have started to use them again periodically when I feel like my house needs extra attention. The ladies that come are always very professional and they get right to work. They have increased their price by a few dollars but for what the team of cleaning ladies can do in a short time it is worth every penny.

Had Green Envy Maids out for a last minute cleaning before my guests arrived for Thanksgiving. I was nervous to call and see if they had anything, but they squeezed me in and did such a wonderful job. I also have a very timid dog and she wouldnt quit following the girls around. I will used them after the holidays to help me clean up after my family leaves. I have never seen my kitchen or bathrooms shine so much!

The people on the phone/via text were wonderful, and they make sure to accommodate anything you need and make sure theres enough time set aside to get everything done. The people who come to your house dont judge, no matter how messy it is, and are very friendly towards you while they work. They get things done quickly and efficiently. They are a wonderful service, and id recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They came when they said they would and left my 3 BR 2.5 bath apartment spotless. Good attention to detail, faucets and chrome, without a water spot. They wet mopped the hardwood and vacuumed and dusted throughout. There were 4 team members and they did the job, on time and on budget!

They were "only" 10 minutes late from the hour long window I was given. I understand time windows but please give realistic ones. As a Realtor I dont have time to sit and wait at a listing for over an hour just for them to show up late. Will not be using them again.
