Not Impressed Whatsoever. I had this scheduled several days in advance. They rescheduled me three times including the day of the service asking if I could change from 1 to 2:30. "Sure" I said. I then receive a call shortly after 1 from a gentleman that I can barely understand stating that he is at the gate and that he can not wait. I tell him that I am half way across town and that it is a vacant rental and it will take me 30 minutes to get there. He tells me that I must reschedule if I can not get there on soon as he will not sit in his car and wait for me. I drive there as fast as I can to find that he is gone. I call the office and they say they understand the problem. He returns and calls me telling me he is there. He is not. He is at the wrong gate. Not the the South Entrance like I had explained that they must use. He says "not my fault". He finally gets to the correct gate. I lead them to the property and they clean the home. The cabinet areas and pantry were just wiped down, not cleaned, messy behind the refrigerator which I had already pulled out and disconnected for them to clean behind. Underneath the sink had not even been touched. They had already hauled their cleaning supplies to their car prior to asking me to inspect the area. My fault for not having them drag their equipment back into the house but I did not want further trouble or a confrontation. It does not take a much to tell the difference between clean and wiped down. Very disappointed to say the least.

Maid Right is exactly what I was looking for! I recently moved to SLC and finding someone to clean my house was a must as it is a crucial sanity saver for me. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wasnt finding it until I found Maid Right. I love that I get the same people every time. I appreciate that they are held to a high standard and are accountable to Maid Right for a job well done. The cleaners do an excellent job and they do it in excellent time. They are respectful and professional. Im also pleased that the price is reasonable and competitive. Im so happy that I found Maid Right!

The service we received from Maid Right was more than impressive! I have never seen two people work harder and complete more cleaning in a short amount of time than Monica and Jorge. They were fast, efficient, careful, helpful, kind, and incredibly professional. They even created TP origami and made our bathroom look like a bathroom in the Ritz! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
