Ive used MOLLY MAID for a few years, and I am very impressed with how quickly & efficiency they work! And, they have wonderful, cheerful & respectful personalities. Sometimes I ask them to only clean specific areas and other times, I will just say, "Clean what you see that needs to be done." Either way, I am always impressed that they cleaned everything that I wanted and more. Its obvious that they take pride in what they do. They have optional pricing plans and are very reasonable. Instead of having them quote me a price on my houses square footage, I have them charge me by the hour. I find that 2 cleaning professionals for 2 hours is plenty of time to clean everything that I have been seeing that needs it. (I used to only have two cleaners come for one hour, and I did a lot of cleaning myself, but I found that the cost for two hours was so similar, that I just have them do everything necessary now. They know just what to do; I wouldnt have to even be there. For example, if the clean sheets arent out, theyll get them from the dryer, and unlike other cleaners, your accessories are put back where they were, just as if it were their own house. My house looks, smells, and feels brand new again! (Make sure you see the photo showing how they formed roses on all of our toilet paper.)

I guess my expectations of this company was a little off. Two ladies came to my apartment for a (moving out clean). I assumed they would have cleaned the whole apartment (floors, base boards, cabinets, bathroom, windows, window sills, stove, etc.). They did the interior of SOME of the cabinets, but must have forgot to do the exterior of them and forgot some all in all. I assumed they would have cleaned the drawers, but they were completely missed. Part of the stove was still dirty. The floor in my walk in closet was completely missed (I know this because there was still a hair tie that was on the floor; how could they miss that?), on the top part of the shower was still dusty, the window sills were still dirty and I think my bedroom window was completely missed. And on top of all of that, they left some garbage sitting on the ground right outside my front door. I would as least respect them, if they put it in a garbage bag (which they didnt). The only part I was satisfied with, was the blinds to the windows were clean. All in all, I would not recommend them to anyone. Because I will have to clean the apartment again before I leave.

Molly Maids went above and beyond to help us out of a very dusty situation. At a good customer’s home, heavy construction dust accidentally was blown into rooms that were sealed off. Molly Maids responded within hours of our panicked call and worked late to clean up the mess. The work they did was very professional and their prices very reasonable. We strive to do the best for our customers and it’s nice to find a company that does the same. We will definitely use them again! Thank you Molly Maids for coming to our rescue.

Mark Buchanan, the manager, is very customer-oriented, and if something isnt done right (which rarely happens with this company), he always makes sure the issue is corrected. We appreciate the fine job that Molly Maid does.

We have our house cleaned every three weeks. Coming home after the cleaning has been completed is always a pleasure. You couldnt ask for better service!
