My home has been cleaned by Busy Bee for 5 years now and it is not an easy task. The team of 3 to 4 members are able to clean 6 living spaces, 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms in about 3 hours. I can count on the floors to be free of dirt, stickiness or residual film from cleaning products. My bare feet couldnt be happier. The carpeted areas have those beautiful vacuum lines in them and my sectional even gets a thorough combing so it has the same lines! Counters and sinks are thoroughly cleaned as well as often handled drawer pulls and appliance handles. The house smells so clean and I consider the cleaning team my best friends for the day! Gloria and the cleaning team take feedback well and are kind and personable. Ive hired other cleaners but I appreciate how quickly Busy Bee does such superb job for a great price.

I wanted to use a local company rather than the vendors that my property management company provided as I am out of town. I spoke with Gloria that quoted me a great rate. Once she invoiced me, she said it took an entire hour longer than expected. Charged me an extra $100, they did a decent job, left the window frames dirty, but checked them off on her invoice. I sent the payment twice, only to threatened, with law suit and lien against my property. I had to place a stop payment and she wanted a late fee.

Weve tried a few other places before finding Busy Bee and we are so much happier with Busy Bee. They were in the low-middle area of the price range of the companies we tried. They do a great job cleaning the entire house and they are very consistent (so, there is no looking around for what they missed!). They always let us know the night before when they plan to arrive and keep us posted of any changes. We love them!

Fantastic job! Gloria and her team did such a good thorough cleaning, it couldnt have been any better. They were on time and did a top to bottom cleaning for a new house. Everything shined when they were done. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

These guys are GREAT! Professional, thorough, great value for the price. They are careful, but move everything to clean. Been with them for almost 2 years, now. Ive tried many other house cleaners in the valley and Busy Bee are by far the best.

The quality of the job was great! Although I was quoted a price and was charged nearly double the amount!!! They were nearly 2 hours late and stayed over for approx 3.5hrs over the approximate complete time.
