I had been to Craigs several times and so had my boys. We all used to go there for out hair cuts. Everything was fine and acceptable til today. Craig threw a tantrum at my child. The grown up took the toy from the child w/o asking and then threw the toy across the room. My 5yr old was very upset by the event. Craig thought that he was still going to cut my childs hair after that outburst. None of the three of us will return because of that unnecessary and unprofessional incident.

Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive had many places cut short hair and have it look feminine, but because this is a barber shop (and a salon) they are used to cutting good-looking mens haircuts. Because theyre so close to the UofA and FHS campuses, they stay up to date and are super convenient. Ive recommended them to (male) friends who need haircuts.

The very economic price was far below what I would expect for the quality of work I received. I will be returning there for my next haircut, and referring others to do the same.

Went in with my son and waited twenty minutes to be acknowledged by staff. One older gentleman finished cutting hair and rather than sweeping up or greeting us, continued to ignore us completely for another five minutes as he chatted with the other two stylists. We left.
