I took my 17 yr old for a simple trim with no special hair stipulations such as special parts or layers and the young guy we had cut her hair at a diagonal direction clearly seen when we got home. I called and asked to speak with manager and told her the situation and asked are your people qualified to cut hair. I was assured they are...NOT! She then asked me did you check her hair before you left? I stated it is not my job to check her hair to make sure it is even this is why you pay to get a hair cut and for what they charge and they do not even wash the hair I think it is ridiculous. She told me to come in and ask for her (manager) and she would fix it. She clearly noticed how uneven it was. At the end she had me check it and she then went to place the blame on my teen stating she would not sit still and she kept crossing her legs. Then ask your clients to do what you need them to do and stop expecting them to know what you need them to do to get a straight cut! This place is uneducated and charges to much to do what they clearly need to go back to school for. The girl who does the coloring her hair is red/ burgandy and is very frizzy and she does nothing with it. If I wanted to have color or foil I sure would not want it by a person who does not even take pride in her own hair. Just because this is not a fancy salon this does not mean you should treat or cut hair this way they all learn the same unless you did not go to school for this. This place is horrible and would not recommend to any other female or male with longer hair.

Javon is a nice lady but as far as guy haircuts. I would not recommend this place or any other place like this for that matter. Youre better off going to an actual barber. I wanted a comb over and basically got a zero with a fade and 2 or 3 shave on top. No choice but to go bald at this point just to correct it.

Dont know about the other reviews, but Im a guy who lives in the area. The woman who cuts my hair has done so about 7 times now, and Ive never been anything but happy.
