I used to do hair so Im knowledgeable enough to know good from bad service. The place was busy so I had to wait which is normal. I was seated and told the stylist I just needed it trimmed up since its a short pixie cut and I was trying to grow it out a bit. She trimmed it which was fine but didnt bother cutting the top to blend it into an actual style. I had also had a bad fall a week or so earlier and had one back of a bruise coming through on the back of my head and neck. She pointed it out rather loudly when she exclaimed" oh my God, is that a birth Mark? What happened? Cant you see that?" Well where it was located no I could NOT. I was mortified and slinked out of the salon only to burst into tears in my car. I swore I would never show my face in that place again!!! Beyond unprofessional!!! Do Not Give This Place Your Business!!!

Went in and asked for a medium fade with a trim on top and pointed mid level of my head( ear lobe area)The hairstylist grab the clippers and went to work, but she went above my eyebrows. When I told her that it was too high and not a medium fade like I asked she argued with me that she wasnt done yet so I should wait before criticizing or making a decision. Ok Ill play nice, needless to say I got a high and stupid as we say in the military and looked like I jus came out of basic training again. Never will I go there again or refer anyone to go here. The hairstylist need to get her hearing checked and turn in her license, I would sooner let Ray Charles cut my hair before ever going to a Supercuts again.

Dont show up 30m before closing. Stylist will go back and forth in front of you on who will take you in case they get close to their closing time. That cant be good. Maybe next time will be better.

When I come to supercuts to get my hair cut I always go to Whitney she is funny and such a great person to be around. She is also very experienced and knows what her clients want.
