They fixed my truck over a year ago n basically painted n blended my hood and left n right front fender and right door plus the left side of the bed they basically almost painted n blended the whole truck I have took the truck back 2times at first it looked okay first day I had it when it turned night the head lights were completely adjusted wrong I took it back they fixed it no big deal or problem that was the first time okay.... Then about 6 months goes by and then I notice my whole hood and parts of my fender was covered in holes it was like the clear coat and paint they sprayed peeled right off u could see the original white paint under the holes and they were all over my entire hood literally and my vehicle wasnt some old truck its a brand new 2015 Chevrolet Silverado i was mad....... It looked horrible.... So Okay I took it back the 2nd time and showed it too them they said sorry about this were guna fix it immediately so I dropped it off and they got right to it fixed in like two days and that was good and after they fixed it it looked good so then I was happy well six or seven months later I happen to notice the side of my bed on my truck is doing the same thing theres holes all over and the clear coat is gone just like how the hood was and its just horrible so now Im mad and I dont even want to take it back to them I will never do business with them again probably and I havent had the nerves or chance to bring it by there my mother is probably guna have to take it because the young guy is rude he always been kinda rude to me anyways and Im a nice person but there going to have to fix it again I tried posting pics of the holes in my truck I dont know if they on there or not

They did body work on my vehicle and didnt do it correctly. So the paint slowly starting to chip and peel off. Because of this I took it back to ask them to repair it since it wasnt done the "Right Way" the first time. They told me they think I had hit something that caused the paint to bubble up and peel and wouldnt fix it. This was a complete lie. Im the only one that drives my vehicle and aside from my wreck I have never hit something again with it. They just didnt want to admit they did it wrong the first time and then didnt want to correct their mistake. I wouldnt use them again if they were the last body shop in town.

Emailed an estimate to them Sept 29 and was told we can get you in no later than November 7th. Called today November 15th and now Im being told it will be after first of the year. Awesome their busy, but they failed to put me on the waiting list and expect me to wait 2 more months on top of the month and a half Ive waited. Just poor business.

Honest & Nice people who do quality body work & a flawless paint job! My truck looked just as it did when it came out of the factory! Best Body Shop in Fort Smith... I wouldnt let any other shop touch my vehicles but Right Way... Superior quality work in a timely manner by honest kind people! Who could ask for anything more!
