I just received my car back after about 2 weeks of body work at Precision Collision (Liberty Royal St. location). The passenger rear quarter panel and bumper were heavily damaged due to a hit & run. They repaired the bumper and replaced the rear quarter panel. This was the most extensive body repair Ive ever needed and so I was definitely cautious about which shop I selected. I was definitely NOT taking it back to Jay Wolfe in KCK who did probably C/C+ work on the color match last time this car was damaged. I have looked over the paint/ repair work thoroughly and am definitely impressed. I am no expert but enjoy detailing/working on my cars and would consider myself more picky than the average person. The color match is very nicely done. I have no complaints. Justin was extremely polite and informative over the phone and checked in with me at multiple times during the repair process. He answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to bring a vehicle back to Precision Collosion should the need arise in the future. Overall A/A+ job for sure. I dont often write online reviews but felt this shop deserved some praise. I personally get stressed out when my car is in the shop, and appreciate any advice on who does the best work so I hope this review helps them gain more customers.

Had car towed literally less than 1/4 mile to shop, using their tow service. The shop itself is first rate, good work, reliable. However, was charged $304 for the tow. by their own Precision tow service. When called to check it and see if we could make two monthly payments, tow driver said, "I aint no fing charity, I want my money." Said a lot of fing, cursing, said he was going to charge another $150 axx hole fee because he could and we could do nothing about it. Good place to take your vehicle for repair, but under no circumstances call Precision to have them tow your car there, they will screw you on that for sure.

Precision Collision LLC in Pleasant Valley, MO is not a company to trust. They repaired my vehicle, and the entire area they fixed has completely rusted out. Their receipt says they stand behind their work for the life of the vehicle, which is a lie because they do not stand behind their work. They have refused to fix what they screwed up on my vehicle on three different occasions. I have photos, invoices and documentation to prove this review. Poor service. shoddy work, rude when brought to their attention. My vehicle is still not fixed because they wanted to charge me $900 to fix something they screwed up.

My wife got in a wreck and had to have the bumper replaced. They got the part in within a week! They helped us out with all the insurance stuff and we took it in on a Wednesday and got the car back on Thursday. One business day! They also cleaned the inside of the car, not like clean, but really vacummed and made it look great. And im pretty sure they washed it, cause it looks washed, and its never been that shiny before. Hope we dont have to ever have any collision repairs again, but if we do, we will definitely go back!

My car had bumper damage (paint/dents) due to a truck backing into me. From the moment I walked into their shop, I was impressed. All of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My car was fixed in a timely manner and the bumper looked better than it did when I first got my car. It was raining when I picked up my vehicle and one of their staff members was out wiping my car down so it looked great when I arrived. I highly recommend to everyone!

Over the years I have had to deal with accidents. It is rare you find a facility that takes as much pride in their work anymore as the entire staff at Precision Collision. I have taken several vehicles to them, same staff and repair persons, same service, and my vehicles always look better than before the accident. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Good service, easy people to talk to, incredibly friendly and they were able to work with my schedule, letting me drop off my key ahead of time and the drop off my car before they opened, and I was able to get my car back that same day. They made a really stressful accident be a smooth and simple process without rushing anything.

I was referred to Precision Collision center in Gladstone Mo. by my coworkers after someone hit my car. After seeing the work that was done on my coworkers car I was convinced in taking my car there to get it fixed & painted. I have to say I am 1 happy camper. They did a great job & the staff was very helpful & courteous.

I took my mustang in for repairs. They were Local and best actual shop Ive been to. Work is phenomenal. Front desk clerk "Angela" is very helpful. They were willing to work with me 5 out 5 stars. Had zero issues

Someone had broke into my passenger side door of my car and did a alot of damage. It was a 1 day turn around and they had the best price out of the 3 places I checked. And the work was great!
