I just want to say, Thank you so much to Paul! I was recommended to give you a call through a service from Donnelly College about my Honda Civic. I talked to Paul the week before and he gave me a time that I could come in to have my vehicle assessed. I told Paul that the time conflicted with my class, and he told me that was okay, transportation could be provided.Samantha made sure that I got back and forth from school, just like Paul had assured me. My experience was professional, courteous and comfortable! Ive been having a really hard time finding a decent mechanic being that I lack knowledge for vehicles . Paul drove the vehicle around, and even had someone else check behind him for a second opinion. My check engine light has been on for months, even after I took it to Jiffy Lube, in which wanted to do a transmission flush that would have totaled to $80.00. Paul called me and told me that I only needed an oil change that wouldnt even cost half the price of the service Jiffy Lube claimed that I needed. Paul was right because for the first time in awhile, my check engine light is not on! As a matter of fact, Im just going to be honest, Paul said the oil change was on the house, and that he understands that I am a college student trying to graduate. I was prepared to make another appointment when I could pay him, but he insisted that he took care of the issue so that I could continue my daily commute to campus. Its simple things like this that mean so much to me. I graduate this May, but this journey has not been easy. It seems that everything in my life was trying to stop that from happening, including car problems that have prevented me from attending class several times. The fact that the mechanics took the time to be honest with me about issues, and not adding to it for personal gain, means that Roe Body Shop has strong core values such as integrity and honesty. This is truly a service that cannot be bought, and I Thank you Paul, Samantha and fellow mechanics for showing human, unbiased, and generous care for your guest!

Our family has trusted Roe Body Shop for auto repairs and maintenance for years. Every visit to Roe has been marked by quality, reasonably priced mechanic service and by outstanding customer service. Repair appointments are scheduled within a day or two. Car problems are thoroughly investigated and diagnosed and the repair bills have never run over the estimates. In fact many times the final tally is less than expected. And yes, the customer care is outstanding. What needs to happen with my car is always clearly explained before any work is done. I’m always asked if I need a ride when I drop off or need to pick up my car. On several occasions when I was concerned about something, they found a few minutes that day to check it out. On a recent, incredibly hot day, I needed assistance with a flat tire. I called Roe Body Shop and Jerry’s immediate response was, “I’ll send someone right over.” It was not long before the Roe Body Shop SUV rolled up and Paul, one of the owners, climbed out of the vehicle. He changed my tire, and we went back to the garage where the tire was immediately repaired and put back on my van. Thank you to everyone at Roe Body Shop!

I cannot say enough good things about Roe Body Shop and its amazing team! Words cannot describe how truly greatful I am to them. Not only did they fix an on going leak issue in my car (mind you...my car has been sent back to the dealership I bought it from 3 TIMES in 6 months for this same issue...and on the 3rd time was sent back to me...I was told and I quote "weve never seen anything like it...its unfixable" so between fighting the dealership and GMC themselves...i got nowhere until Roe Body Shop.) they FOUND the issue and i was able to come back and have it fixed! They even cleaned out the excess water that was LEFT in my car from the dealership. They literally cleaned and dried everything! I was in tears....my car looks amazing inside and out... and the issue is finally fixed. Thank you so much to everyone at Roe Body! Their service is outstanding! I absolutely recommend anyone take their vehicle to this amazing team. I guarantee you will be taken care of above and beyond!

I recently took my 06 Silverado to Roe Body shop for the first time. I have been using the dealership since I bought it but wanted somplace new. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional and the work looks great! The best part was they were cheaper than the dealer for the same task and they also cleaned my vehicle inside and out prior to me picking it up. That is the way all shops should work. That little extra effort on their part gained them a customer for life.

Took my car in for some minor body repairs from an accident. Insurance estimate was over $2000, but I didnt want to pour that much money into an old car. My instructions were, "do just enough repair to make it look like I dont drive a beater." When I picked the car up, it was just right--they touched up paint damage and scrapes without getting into serious body work. To top it off, "no charge on this." Highly recommend these guys for great repair work AND great service.

These guys are great. You cant go wrong with them . As a single mom its very important that I watch ever penny and they have always treated me with respect and kindness. They give you a clear break down of what your car needs and cost with out adding or padding the bill. If need to drop your car off they can give you a ride home and pick you up when your car is done. They are the best and you cant beat the customer service.

These guys are awesome! I dealt with Mike, and they were able to diagnose my problems in minutes!!! "Diagnosis=Car totaled, heres a phone number to someone willing to buy it." My car was making weird noises when I turned the steering wheel. I called, and they said they wouldnt have time to fix it, but they would look at it to make sure it was okay to drive. After they heard the noise, they said they could fix it in 30 minutes. Without an appointment, they fit me in and actually fixed it in 20 minutes!

Roe Body is great! Everyone is friendly & honest, and they do great work at a fair price. Ive had wheel bearings, u-joints, and an AC motor replaced on different occasions, and have been very happy with each repair...I will definitely return when my cars need more work!

This shop was wonderful! Great work, friendly staff and great prices! Will definitely give them all my business going forward. A great surprise after we picked up the car... it had been washed, vacuumed and detailed! Such a great bonus :)

They did a great job. Gave me exactly what I wanted and didnt try to make me spend more than necessary. They also touched up a few scratches that were on the car. They are definitely our go to place from now on.
