My husband took my 2008 Jeep Liberty into Breeden in July to have the A/C recharged because it was not getting as cold as it should. ( After I asked him not to because they looked at my Skyslider roof and gobbed glue all over it. Very sloppy and messy.) It was advised that the the coolant system needed to be drained and refilled as part of the mileage maintenance . All of the recommended maintenance was done. Fast forward to December, Im on the road to Georgia from Arkansas the weather is good until I get almost to Alabama. Turned on the windshield wipers and discovered there was no fluid, turned on the heat to clear up the windows, only cold air. Stopped at the first gas station to get washer fluid, lifted the hood pulled up the pole to hold up the hood, it came off in my hand, managed to prop up this very heavy hood and put in the washer fluid, decided to check the coolant wondering if that is why Im not getting any heat? the reservoir was bone dry. What is going on? Ive never had a problem with this car and have only had service done at a dealership. Made it to Georgia with no heat. Called Breeden Jeep, talked with Phil in the service department. So sorry your having problems, bring it in when you get home. Took my car in 1/7/2016 your heating coil is clogged, itll be nine hundred and something dollars to replace it. But my heat was working before you flushed my coolant system, did you all take an air compressor and blow all that gunk out of the heating coil when you flushed my system. See I do know a little about my car. Did you try to blow it out just now, NO, but you want me to pay you almost a thousand dollars to fix a problem that you created. I will never bring my car to you to have any maintenance done, with the exception of those oil changes that Ive already paid for. The mechanics do shoddy work. I moved from Chicago almost two years ago so I had no choice but to bring my car here for service but I would rather take it to an alley mechanic then to use Breeded Jeep. And as much as I love my Jeep I will never buy one from you all. And I will be in the market for a new one soon. The service department reflexes heavily on the dealership, if I invest this much money in a car I want the best service I can get. I didnt get that. I will get my car serviced at a Jeep dealer but I will have to drive to Little Rock or Chicago to get it done right. You all should take more pride in the services you provide. Soooooo Disappointed; Angela Smith/Blassingame I spoke with Phil again today about the extended warranty that I have on my car and that it will infact cover the services that are needed to correct a problem that they had everything to do with creating. He was nice nasty on the phone and then made mention of me BLASTING the dealership on Google Review. He didnt want to have anything to do with me, told me that no! the warranty would not cover this(without asking what kind of warranty I have, even after I told him that the same service was done in Chicago three years ago and that I called the Chrysler Services Contracts Department and they said it is covered.) And to the owner that wrote the response to my review. Please dont be misinformed my car is a 2008 purchased New Years Eve of 2008 and it only has about 106,000 miles on it and has been very well taken care of, because all of the services have been done by Certified Chrysler Jeep. You seem to be eluding that Jeeps dont stand the test of time, I have plenty of faith in Jeep just not your service department.

Been in this dealership for all of my services, oil and general maintenance. Talked with Brandon the service writer about enabling my daytime running lights. Said it they would charge me an hour. Later in the day, they called me to pick up my vehicle. I get there and they said after 2 hours, they couldnt figure it out. They charged me 1 hour for the mechanic "trying" ($85). I pay the bill. I called Dunn Dodge in Poteau where my friend has his daytime running lights turned on and they knew everything that I needed. I leave and get in my truck and notice that it has an ABS light on. I tell them about it and they said it was like that when I brought it in. Which it wasnt. The assistant service writer then begins to argue with me and evens offers to bet me money that Poteau cant turn my lights on and that my ABS light was on before I brought it in. Didnt seem mature and business like. We just bought a used GMC Acadia from their Van Buren lot. Ive always thought that when you buy vehicles local it was for a reason. I can save a lot of money and buy off of the internet but choose to stay local. Businesses like this are the reasons most are doing this. After getting in and driving it I notice the speedometer doesnt work either. Very big issue. And I assure you, it was working fine when I brought it in. Breeden Dodge will never work on anything for me again. It takes 2 days for an oil change and even longer for service. Thats with an appointment.

My experience at Breeden Dodge was not only unsatisfying, but also aggravating and irritating. The salesman was great and did his job perfectly; however, the financing department is where my experience went south. After agreeing upon a purchase price, shaking hands, and singing an agreement, we made a deal on a price and was sent to the finance department 2 hours later. We had already decided on financing through a particular company and a contact from that company was sent over to Breeden Dodge. However, because Breeden dodge was not benefiting from us choosing our own finance company, they decided to back out of the deal. Since Breeden Dodge would be losing money by us financing through someone else, they backed out and told us that they could no longer sell us the vehicle for the agreed upon price. According to Breeden Dodge, coming to an agreed upon price, shaking hands, and signing an agreement means nothing to them and theyre only interested in how they can benefit themselves. Unfortunately for them, we decided to walk out because we do not do business with a company that has such low morals and standards and does not hold up their end of the bargain. I would never recommend this company and I highly suggest finding a different dealership that doesnt back out of an agreement last minute.

Made a appointment (yes a certain time) to pick up this vehicle. Saw a vehicle online. Communicated online and phone. Credit check done, and approved. Arrived on time, really do not know what they were doing, but we were asked to wait. 40 minutes later, decided to leave. Was asked why, I advised them i had a appointment, they advised they were busy with other customers. In short, they "thought" they had me sold, and was trying to sell others. Guess other attempted sales were more important than one that was all but signed. So, I left , hope they sold something to take the place of the sale they lost to me. *I drove over 150 miles RT for nothing. - - Response from the owner in the last week Jon, we are so sorry you had to wait 40 minutes. Unfortunately there were other customers that were already in finance that took longer than expected. We do our best to get customers out in a timely manner but in this case we were too slow. Our apologies. - - Why wasnt I told, Also, I was told all my paper work was ready for me, that is why there was a appointment time set. The ol saying one in the hand, is better than 2 in the bush, well I was in hand and got away.
