My husband and I began browsing around online at the Siennas. I found one I really liked and submitted the online form to receive information about the vehicle. I was contacted very quickly by Yvonne. She called AND e-mailed. She set me up with a time to come test drive and told me to speak with Eshen. When I arrived the front desk staff was very helpful and paged Eshen right away. At that time, Eshen had been double booked with an appointment so he put me in contact with Maverick. Both gentlemen were very apologetic in the schedule mistake. Maverick already knew offhand what vehicle I was there to see and sent someone to retrieve it. It was brought up front and I was allowed to look it up and down and take it for a spin. Maverick told me a lot the nice features about the vehicle. We then had a discussion about the condition of my trade in and yadayadayada. He gave me some sound advice regarding the negative equity in the car I was driving at the time. He was not at all pushy and advised me to make sure I did my research. I let him know I was going to talk to my husband that evening and would be in contact with him the next morning. I let Maverick know I was going to come the next day to look at one other van and talk numbers. When I arrived, Eshen AND Maverick came to greet me. They had both the vans we were interested in ready for me to check out and compare. At this point I was dealing mostly with Eshen but Maverick would pop in every once in a while. During the negotiating process, we felt very comfortable. Never were we pressured to buy the van. No one ever swayed us into one or the other vehicle. We really felt like we had control. Over the course of 5 days, we negotiated and discussed options until we finally signed on the dotted line. Eshen was very patient with is as we took our time to decide what was best for our family. By the time was got all the paperworked signed it was late and everyone had left except us, the finance manager Brenden (also pretty great!), and Eshen. It was 9:00 at night and we were all exhausted but Eshen was still eager to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about our vehicle and was willing to sit there and work with us on all the gadgets. Since it was so late, the detail team had already left so I had to bring the van back the next morning to get it cleaned. Eshen was not in so Maverick greeted me and took the van right away to be cleaned. Once it was done he drove it back up to the front for me and answered all the questions I had about some of the tech stuff I was struggling with. Overall this was an amazing experience and Community Toyota may have gained some customers for life. I highly recommend both Eshen and Maverick!

Community Toyota Experience I would like to take this opportunity to thank Community Toyota for demonstrating sales professionalism above and beyond expectations. It was refreshing to walk into an automobile dealership that makes the customers interest first priority. It was evident that salesman Eshen Akhter was well versed in product knowledge and also exemplified professional sales expertise. The information and willingness to provide service and advice were evident and appreciated during my initial visit at Community Toyota. Eshen’s dedication and enthusiasm to make things happen were inspiring and motivating beyond any other experience with a car salesman. I believe that Eshen Akhter exhibits qualities that are essential to business and successful sales. He also demonstrated incredible initiative and strong dedication to follow up during the ordering process. I would also like to inform that I have three Toyota dealerships within a 35 mile radius of my home that did not meet my expectations to sell me a new Toyota vehicle. I attribute 100% of their failure to providing a sales staff with a hidden agenda that used typical sales tactics. After dealing with the aforementioned dealerships it made my effort to drive two hours and 150 miles to Community Toyota an easy decision. While visiting Community Toyota I never felt pressured to make a decision or was persuaded to purchase a vehicle that did not fit my needs. After review of what was available at the dealership Eshen made certain that he could provide exactly what I wanted and took time to custom order my vehicle with every detail and option exactly as requested. I expect that Community Toyota will share my experience with customers and use Eshen as an example to other sales staff. The entire process was absolutely painless. I would also like to thank Rich Gregory for being a manager with integrity that made my request and special order first priority. It is evident that Rich and Community Toyota are in business to meet customer expectations and provide service that is not only hard to find, but also rare in my past experiences when purchasing a new vehicle. It is also inspiring to see a manager support their sales staff and not play back and forth sales games that often kill the deal. Rich and Eshen I applaud your effort and appreciate the environment you have both created at Community Toyota. I look forward to future purchases and service with Community Toyota.

All toyo dealerships are not created equal! 7-19-2014 Omw to Houston & stopped into this toyota because I had a tire slowly going flat due to a nail puncture; Service Adviser by the name of Anthony was as pleasant and professional as can be-- no complaints there. Upon assessment of the tire, Anthony informed me that the tire would be and I quote "patched", no need for replacement at that time. 2 hours later, I was sent on my way with what I was led to believe was a repaired tire. The following morning (Sunday), I wake up to a flat tire. Monday morning at opening time I call to figure out what to do next because 1) my tire was under warranty, 2) my tires had been purchased out of state at another toyo location, & 3) We live in another state and were only visiting this area; The member of staff I spoke to advised me that that toyota doesnt patch tires & after explaining what had happened he didnt have any idea OR accessible record I was even there or that my vehicle had been serviced there. I spoke to a male Mgr. after getting no where with that individual and for the first time LOL I was informed that HEYYY lucky me! after almost an hour of back and forth phone calls, they found some sort of record that stated the tire was plugged not "patched" as I was originally told. This Mgr. informed me in a not so friendly manner (acting like I should have known or expected what a staff member working directly under his supervision didnt know himself or deliberately failed to inform me of) that the now said plug was only to serve as a temporary fix to get me "back on the road" hahaha new news to me! When I advised this Mgr. that I was never made aware of that & why wasnt I offered the opportunity to replace it? His response was we probably didnt have the tire. My first suggestion to this dealership is to do a better job educating your staff on the difference between a patch and a plug so in the future customers arent mislead, misinformed & left aggravated/frustrated trying to figure out wth you did to the vehicle &/or what to do next -_- Also when you work on a tire, if youre going to remove the valve cap, please do me the courtesy and replace it; I had to go buy a new one from my own pocket for YOUR failure to do so -_- P.S. shout out to Village Cadillac Toyota in Homosassa, FL from one appreciative, grateful, and satisfied customer; You can sure teach the Toyo dealerships on this side of the country a thing or two!!
