The WORST. I took my Audi Q7 to them because the other drivers insurance recommended them. What a MISTAKE. They told me AFTERWARDS that they had never worked on any kind of Audi or a car this "fancy" - even though I made it VERY clear from the beginning that I needed someone who could do the job RIGHT. When I finally got it back (6 weeks) my push button starting didnt work any more, rear windows, power tailgate, etc. I had to take it to the Audi dealer and pay to get it fixed - they found wires left disconnected inside the repaired door. Now you have to understand, my car was not severely damaged - not by far. The damage was done by someone opening their car door on me... in a parking lot. There was some sheet metal damage because my car was moving at the time, but not too much. Take my advice and AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. And I forgot to mention, the paint job was terrible.

The absolute worst service ever. I work in the service industry and I have never seen customer service this poor. Would not return phone calls, would not call my mobile phone as requested, does not adhere to posted business hours. I had to take my car there at the request of the motorists insurance company who hit me. After my car was in their shop twice over a two week period, it was still not correct. I even left a written list of repairs that needed to be made at the second visit to their shop to ensure they addressed everything and they still did not make the necessary repairs. Sub standard work, poor communication and terrible customer service. The car accident was bad, and so was my experience with Ed Clifton Body & Frame.

Ed Clifton is a thief and a con artist. And I ought to know he was married to my mother for over a year. But after working for him for a couple of months during a hail storm last summer, he stole over $15,000 from me, and has never attempted to pay me back. I trusted him because he was my stepfather, but he ruined me. That is why my mother divorced him this year. And His work is terrible. In many cases while I was there I watched him jury rig multiple cars and attempt to conversationally repair them using bondo when the insurance paid to replace the part. He is a thief and a terrible person, not to mention he is also a dishonest con artist. He will mess up your car. Do not take it to him.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO. ANDY(PAINTER) IS LAZY AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO HIS JOB RIGHT, APPARENTLY!! I PAID 130 DOLLARS FOR AN AWFUL, HALF-DONE JOB. ALSO, THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE DOGS. DONT CALL THEM OR GIVE THEM CRITICISM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CURSED AT. ID NEVER RECOMMEND THEM, ESPECIALLY ANDY, TO ANYONE.

Really good body shop, knew ed Clifton a long time, he does really great work on my old van
