I just picked up my car today and I couldnt be anymore pleased. They took all the dents out! The painting job is an exact match! And they even ended up surprising me by replacing a hubcap that had come loose and fallen off before the accident! Their customer service is amazing. They kept me updated with what was going on every step of the way. They had originally said they would finish on April 7th (which would have been 12 business days since they close on the weekends), but they finished it in 5 business days. So I turned it in on Monday, and now (Friday) I picked it up. Outstanding. They really made this such a easy and convenient experience, especially after a troubling and inconvenient accident. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you guys!

I had a Ford Focus with extensive front end damage repaired at Caliber Willowbrook. The staff was friendly, kept me up to date on the repair progress. Two days after getting the car back, a problem appeared in the front end, returned the car to Caliber. They went the extra mile to find and correct the problem. The car has worked flawlessly since then. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision Willowbrook location.

Wow! Super fast and excellent bumper / fender liner repair on my BMW M3 today. David did not 1 but 2 thorough examinations a few days ago then ordered the exact right parts - no less, no more than exactly what I needed - and they put them on today while I waited. I almost paid a lot more elsewhere for things I didnt need. The M looks like a million bucks again. Thanks David and Caliber !!

They did a fantastic job on my brand new Ridgeline after someone backed into it. They didnt do more than they had to to get it back to perfect. It was a minor collision, but they treated it with the utmost importance. Im really glad theyre a preferred shop with my insurance. Hopefully I never needed them again, but will definitely go back if I do.

Everyone knows how annoying it is to have to fix a car after an accident. These guys are absolutely amazing! They are constantly updating you on your car. They washed and detailed the car after extremely well. They even fixed mistakes that a previous shop had not fixed and done wrong. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!
