Absolutely horrible. I brought my Mustang in for warranty repairs, was told it would take two to three days. By the end of the week, I called to check up on the status, and was told Darin, the primary gentleman working on my vehicle, was out sick. I called again mid-week the following week, and was told he was out sick again. I called again the following week, and was told Darin was fired. I asked of the progress of my vehicle and got in response, “Oh, you’re the owner of the Mustang? It’s been sitting back in the corner for a week—no one knew what was going on with it!” At that point, they began repairs and I had my car back a week later. Poor communication and horrible customer service.

Communication from the staff was always polite and timely. I did not spend my time calling everyday wanting to know when my pickup would be ready. I was confident in the staff doing their job. Was glad I chose Noller to put my truck into like new condition following an accident. If a person chooses Noller I suggest letting them work and your car will be repaired and back to you in a timely manner. I go to Laird Noller because they tell me like it is. I can deal with that. They are very slow in repairs. It took 2 month to get my car fixed. Their replacement parts are faulty. Their customer service is rude.
