I did the one thing your always told not to do...I went with the first auto place I called, that the other persons insurance company gave me & I didnt shop around. I couldnt have been any luckier with this company! The very first phone call I made to them was so helpful & pleasant, that I picked them with no hesitation. Tony was very easy to talk to & went over all my options with me in a way that I could easily understand...when it comes to cars, Im generally lost :) I received updates from McNally (sp) every couple of days & she answered all questions I had...& was super friendly & full of personality! The day I got my car back, I had a slight problem with my oil (which had nothing to do with their work) & the manager (Owen) offered to come to my place of business, with a mechanic to see if they could figure out what was going on. They showed up within 20 mins. & gave me advice on how to go about this newly found problem. If you are in need of an auto repair place, I would definitely suggest Sterling Auto.

One word Amazing! No body likes to have thier car damaged but if you need body work this is the best! 1st customer service. Every single person that we had contact with was polite, kind, and friendly. 2nd communication. Not only do you get updates but the information is accurate. 3rd and most important quality. I cant tell that it had any previews damage. I have had other cars work on by other body shops and I can feel the rought area where they worked on but service king did an absolute smooth finish. Can you tell where I had work done? I cant. Thanks guys.

Wouldnt recommend it to anybody first and last time I go to service king my paint doesnt match on my truck they painted the side of my bed and only painted the corner of it instead of the whole bed now ihave one corner that looks different then the rest thats the first time I see any shop do that kind of work then they told me my truck was done went to pick it up, it wasnt done had to take it back the next week so they could finish it up .. I wouldnt take my car to that shop again some of the worst work Ive ever seen

... Alan did a wonderful job! Provided excellent customer service. He kept me posted every step of the way, texting me the progress of repairs to my vehicle. Im not too knowledgeable when it comes to cars but any question I had, he was available and willing to help! Some of the best service Ive received since being in Houston! Id definitely recommend coming to this location and asking for Alan!

I recently got some work done on my Camaro from Service King and found the staff very courteous and professional. I was dealing with Jeffrey Benavides and they really did a fantastic job. Jeffery was very keen on every minor details and making sure I get nothing but perfection. I was very happy when I received my Camaro and would recommend anyone to Service King.
