Brought my explorer to this location due to the fact that they had pretty good reviews. I was sappouse to pick up my explorer on Saturday. When I saw my explorer it had air bubbles on it and the paint was horrible. You can see were the paint isnt even and were the painted too much and the bumpers also had the same problem. My explorer also had light scratches all over it and the lady I showed my truck to just played stupid and said she didnt see anything. Right, I didnt bring my truck home due to the fact that they should re-paint it. Now Im just waiting for Monday morning to call and speak to Jason. Praying to God he can fix the mess the did to my explorer and not play stupid like that lady who by the way tried more than once to get me to take my truck home with the crappy job they did. Im very disappointed was expecting a better job then this never expected a job so badly made. I also had to take pictures of everything that was wrong with it will be posting them on hear if we cant come up with an agreement on them fixing the paint job they did.

my car is 16 years old and has very low mileage and Ive taken real good care of it. over the years the sun destroyed the paint. I took my car to Jason at Maaco on South Mason. When I picked it up, I was so amazed at the quality of the work. It was like I was getting a new car. I love my car and I now have a beautiful car. Its just like its brand new all over again. I am so pleased. His work was that of perfection. And, I might mention the price is very reasonable and well worth it. I, also, received outstanding customer service from Jason. He is pleasant and friendly. Smiles and built rapport. I would hope Maaco would give him some sort of award of his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jason, and, thank you, Maaco. Youve made me so happy.

Worst paint job ever. Granted you get what you pay for in most cases but I am pretty sure a group of toddlers with finger paints could have done a better job. The "salesman" I dealt with was extremely rude when asked about the blatantly shoddy workmanship they performed on my vehicle. I showed up to pick it up and it was covered in overspray, drippings from a completely different color like they cleaned the gun and set it on top of my vehicle. I asked if they were even going to wash the vehicle and the slime ball "salesman" refused and attempted to get loud and confrontational. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. You can get much better service at a small independent shop. These people dont know what they are doing!

My bumper was detached on the drivers side. I stopped in an asked for an estimate to re-attach it. I spoke to Chris who was very friendly and nice. He said they would have to charge me for at least one hour of work and to bring it in at 9 am on Wednesday. I showed up at 9 on Wednesday. They re-attached it. Took about 15 minutes and they did not charge me. I was very grateful. Its nice to know that there are companies out there that will help and not charge you for minor things. Should I need any body work or painting done on my car, I will definitely come here first. I will also recommend them to my friends.

Driving down I10 and a can of spray paint comes rolling across the highway. Tried to swerve out of the way but unfortunately the back passenger side tire rolls right on top of it. Needless to say I was upset, and found the trunk and back bumper splattered in black spray paint. Went to Maaco to have it looked at and taken care of. The guys were very quick and efficient. In a matter of minutes they had taken care of it and the car looked new again. I cannot tell you how happy the Maaco service made me. Very professional and efficient. Thanks!

My kudos to Jason Hill and everyone at Maaco. They did an amazing job on my van starting by truly caring to work within my budged while providing options before and during the repairs. I spent about 10% of what others shops were quoting me and the job was done way faster and perfect. I also appreciate that Jason speaks Spanish since it made me feel much more comfortable when trying to understand what was needed and why. Superior service. Great experience, great customer service and great results. Had work done on my side panel after a lady bumped into many car and left huge dent. Spoke with Jason on a Monday for an estimate that took no longer than 10 min from first interaction. Dropped car off tue which was a 5 min deal, and received my car by EOB Thursday. Jason was a huge help. He and his staff did an excellent job. No complaints at all! Highly recommend.

Repaired my car after accident. Initial inspection after repair looked ok. noticed later the the repair area was a different shade. The claimed they welded a new section into the car. Several months later when I went to clean the car I noticed some burn marks on my floor mats near where they had welded in a new body section. I need to talk to them about replacing them.

Mr. Hill was very straight forward and gave me updates frequently. He took personal interest in fixing my Camry and making sure it was done right. I cant say enough good things about Jason Hill. We have to take our cars certain places for insurance claim adjustments. After that, we get work done at Maaco because it is a lot cheaper in price, and the work is excellent. They work with us in getting parts for our older cars to get them repaired. Enjoy working with friendly people.

Dont make the mistake I did! Weeks late, wrong color, over charged, more scratches and dings then cars came in with when they left. Absolutely the worst paint and body work Ive ever seen and Ive been around the industry for years. Dont do it!
