My mom got into an accident. She was told by John Eagle Collision Services that they would tow her car to their shop and give her a free estimate. They called her saying they needed to put it on the lift to give an accurate quote but the price would be $240.00 just to put it on the lift. My Mom advised them she do not want her car to be repaired there and she would have her wrecker guy come get it. They then advised her that she would have to pay $295.00 for them towing it to their place. She advised you never informed me of that. She was speaking to Lindsay Pitts and Lindsay advised she did and my mom advised her NO you didnt. Not one time did you say it would be $295.00 to tow my car to your shop. Who would pay $295.00 for a tow when you have a tow person. Lindsay Pitts then advised she would have her manager contact my Mom. My mom did receive the telephone call from Kimberly Turbeville who advised her that Lindsay advised my mother of the entire process as if she was there when my Mom and Lindsay spoke , which she was not. Of course Kimberly stood by Lindsay Pitts because customer service is not their thing. Kimberly said who have their car towed and dont expect a tow bill. My mom said your company offered to tow my car for a free estimate. When I decided not to have my car fixed at your shop then it became a problem and a free estimate turned into a $295.00 tow bill. I did not sign any paperwork with you nor the wrecker company. I expected the free estimate and had you not tried to nickel and dime me I would have had the work completed at your shop. Kimberly Turbeville said they would hold my car hostage until I pay the tow bill or I can bring the police with you. Kimberlys statement of bringing the police with you lets me know that there is no customer service at this place. She is used to arguing with customers because she was too comfortable advising my Mom to bring the police with her. This is not her first rodeo with horrible customer service. Save yourself from the extra stress and the bait and switch after an accident, take your car somewhere else.

Terrible experience. My car, 2013 Acura TL, was damaged and needed the right side painted. The repair included a door handle which was clearly listed in the insurance estimate. I was called by Ira, at John Eagle body shop when the work was done to pick up the car. The car was brought out for delivery. When I walked around, the damages door handle was put back on the car (after the car was painted) Literally put back on the car after being the car was paintedpainted. I immediately brought this to the attention to the John Eagle associate that was handling my repairs “Ira“. Ira offered me $50.00 to accept the car as is. I was calm and told Ira that I would not accept it. “50 bucks”, really? I left. Two days later, I received a call from Ira, “The car is ready”. I asked Ira on the phone “did you look at the car yourself and see if it is done right” Ira said “it’s for you to decide”, interesting reply. I went to pick up the car and immediately looked at the door handle. The handle was painted and it looked like something I would do in my garage; overspray, ripples and paint buildup. I was shocked, more of my time wasted. I am now waiting for a new handle to come in so it can be done the way it should have been finished in the first place. More to the story: when not accepting the car the first time Ira made every attempt to convince me that I should take it saying “ He would have to paint the whole side of the car again” “ if it were him he would take it” . Crap service, crap people, lies, deception, incompetent and lazy. You decide if you want to deal with John Eagle when having to deal with the inconvenience of an accident. I was recommended by Germania Ins to take my car to get fixed (they were at fault on the accedit) and when I went to pick my TL my passenger side Sealy belt pillar was stained with greese my leather arm rest had some stain that was not previously there ( Iam a neat freak when it comes to cleaning my car). The manager argued that they did not cause any of these stains (mechanic) there was over spray on the inside of the door jams on both right side of the doors. My drivers side door arm rest had the same stains on them finger stains at that the center are rest had I had please by all means do not take it here!!!!

Wonderful experience! Luis explained the process, updated me while repairs were underway, and completed ahead of schedule. Could not have been more pleasant. Car looks great! But beware of Enterprise, located in same building...they verbally tried to add restrictions that are not in the contract. They insisted I sign the contract before printing it for me to read. They did not tell me I could add rental car to my EZTag account which would save the $4 daily admin fee.

I went here because I scratched my Acura on my girls car while backing out of the driveway. Ira actually convinced me to NOT have him paint the damage, and offered to do a touch up for free. Looking back, he was right. It was very minor damage to the bumper and rear quarter nowhere near eye level, and the touch up is pretty decent. I know where to go next time I need an honest estimate!

my girlfriend had an accident on her Mazda 3 and her cars whole front in was damaged ,we took it to this acura dealership because it was the nearest place around where we live ,long story short her car looks great ,very amazing paint job,it was the the best and right choice , they even deliver my car before the due date ,man everything was perfect.

We took our car to be repaired here. After they lost our first estimate we brought it back for another. They then started work without asking us and never returned phone calls as promised. The cost exceeded the insurance companys estimate. The total repair took a full week - to replace and paint a bumper. Avoid this place like the plague.

This body shop is wonderful - it is the only one I will ever trust with my Acura. They took really good care of me and my car during the very stressful aftermath of a major collision. They repaired my car beautifully and the service I received from the representatives was always top notch before, during and even after the repair.

I just wanted to thank you! My car looks really great and I appreciate your getting it back to me so quickly. You were right, Mike, it looks better than before. I wouldnt trust my Honda with anyone else (hopefully I wont need to).

Whole right front side was wrecked on my Acura. John did a great job. Looks like new. Will go back. National car rental next door is great also.
