My car had "check engine" light on and I needed it to be off to pass the inspection and get the registration. My husband replaced all the spark plugs and coils, but the light didnt turn off. Then someone tested the car with a special spray and said that we had problem with a hose, and it COULD be the problem. We took the car to NEXT LEVEL and told them we needed the car fixed. My husband told the "technician" about the hose and repeated what he heard, that the it COULD be the problem. They gave us the quote of $285 to fix the car. Few hours later we called then and they said the car was ready. When we went there to pick it up, the same technician told us, " I tested everything. I did road test and the car is good and ready to inspection" .He also said he had reset the computer. Then the light was off. We got very happy at the beginning, and went straight to have the inspection. It didnt pass. According to the inspection place, we needed to run at least 50 miles to be ok to pass. Before we completed the 50 miles, the check engine light got ON again. We went back to NEXT LEVEL and for our surprise, they said the car had now 2 codes that they need to check and just to have the diagnostic, theyd charge $160. We said it wasnt right, because we paid almost $300 for having the car good to inspection, not to only replace a small hose that was broken. They said, "we did what you said to do, replace the hose". They also said that the car had 9 codes before, and we asked , "why you didnt talk to us about it before? Why you didnt say that the car would have issues even after it?Also, "WHY YOU SAID THE CAR WAS GOOD TO INSPECTION, if you knew it wasnt true? If the guy checked and detected 9 codes, why he just replaced the broken hose and didnt say anything about the rest? They knew the reason the car was there... and they were very unprofessional when we return there to solve the problem. They were rude and they didnt care. Thats the worst experience we had about fixing cars. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. They are not honest. ZERO STAR FOR THEM! I had to pick one star in order of posting, but Id suggest "negative stars" if possible

The absolute worst place to get any claim done. It has been a year and my cars paint job still looks like a 5 year old colored it. They made sure they got their money from my insurance but did the worst job ever, my paint has ripples, missing spots, uneven. I wish i would have gone elsewhere rather than to trust a few rats.

I first saw the good work they did on my friends car. I then bought a used car from them at an incredible deal! There were very minor cosmetic things like a broken door handle and they replaced it with no hassle. I would definitely do business with them again.
